LABORATORY REPORT 1

General Instructions: SET FA
 Please join the ZOOM meeting and turn on your video;
 Present your student ID when you are called. No ID, No Test/Exam;
 Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed while the test/exam is going
on;
 Anyone caught cheating in any form shall have a zero mark in the course;
 Conversation in any language among students during test/exam is prohibited;
 Use black or blue pen only if there is any question(s) which needs writing and uploading
to the Moodle;
 Use a calculator for the computational skills;
 Leaving the ZOOM meeting while the test/exam is going on is strictly prohibited;
 Read and follow instructions of each part of the test/exam very carefully.

Machine Problem

Read, understand, and do the requirement. Follow the instructions.

1. Download the Excel File (Datafile.xlsx). Open the MS Excel and evaluate the
appropriateness of data. Open your MS Access and save your database as your
Student ID_ LAB1. Import the MS excel data to your MS Access.
2. Assess the attributes or field properties of each table.
3. Create the relationship as shown in the relationship diagram.

Once done, print screen or use snipping tool to copy the relationship diagram and paste it to the on-
line text and the MS Access output should be submitted as file submission.
