PROBLEM:

not applied correctly lifting plan procedure, need applied minimum of 5 hoist ropes are required.

DESIRED OUTCOME:

1- emphasize to comply lifting plan as procedure

2- all cran operators should be familiar with safety requirements and understand lifting plan requirements
3- All crane operators have to conduct daily checklist prior to lifting operation
4- if any confusion regarding the lifting plan crane operator should ask the supervisor
