PROBLEM:
not applied correctly and safety vehicle PRE-trip Inspection plan and follow up daily check list no reports vehicle problems, poor preventing maintenance, lack of JMP.

DESIRED OUTCOME:

1- emphasize to commitment PRE-trip Inspection plan as mandatory procedure.

2- all drivers should be familiar with safety requirements and understand the purpose from PRE- inspection and improve safety culture regarding Reports vehicle problems
3- All drivers have to complete daily checklist prior to receive JMP
4- if any confusion regarding JMP plan drivers should ask the supervisor.
