May 16, 2022 Circular for Parents (Classes IX, X & XII)

Dear Parents,

The scorching summer seems to be at its peak but the sun-lit faces of the children who
are happy to come to the school inspite of the extreme weather, is something which
infuses the school with energy. Thankfully, the air-conditioned class rooms have made
it a little easier for all our staff and students to bear the school day with an extra-large
smile! So, while many of us shrivel at the very thought of the extreme heat, our
children continue to joyfully study, play and learn, along with their peers; something
they would have surely missed in the past two years of the pandemic.

In view of the above and considering the current heat wave & the health concerns
related to it, the School Committee has decided to reduce the school timings by 1 hour
and disperse the students an hour earlier.

It has been decided that the school timings for classes IX, X & XII will be from 7:00 am
to 12:50 pm. w.e.f. Tuesday, 17th May, 2022.

Kindly note that the students using school buses will reach back about an hour earlier,
as per the changed timings.

The dispersal of Private commuters (non-bus users) will take place at 12:50 pm for
classes IX, X and XII. All parents who come to pick up their wards are requested to
come accordingly as per the above timings.
