Like Oanh said, it is a win-win relationship between the organization and society.

Even
though non-profit organizations aren't in it to make a lot of money, especially contributing to
society, they still require funds to operate. So, I think that marketing is as important for
nonprofit organizations as it is for businesses and uses many of the same marketing
strategies to connect with donors and volunteers. Promoting the organization and its
message, raising finances, encouraging membership, engaging volunteers, and pushing
political or social change are all examples of marketing aims.
For example, Operation Smile is a non-profit humanitarian organization operating in the field
of public health care, focusing on providing free surgery for children born with cleft lip, cleft
palate, and other deformities of the maxillofacial region in developing countries. More than
62,000 Vietnamese children have benefited from Operation Smile's free examination and
treatment services, giving them a fresh new lease of life filled with hope and goodness.
Operation Smile's social media outreach marketing strategy has helped them expand their
reach, increase interaction, and start many conversations with partners like Play Nutrition,
Sika Vietnam, Con bò cười… Operation Smile is a loyal partner of brands in implementing
CSR campaigns. Operation Smile has recently raised funds through corporate social
responsibility (CSR) programs to help them achieve their goal of bringing smiles to children
in Vietnam. Their partners are also successful in their marketing strategies for introducing

products to customers by giving gifts to people, as well as building a friendly and meaningful
image in society (Một mũi tên trúng 3 đích hehe vừa có lợi cho tổ chức, cho xã hội và
cho cả các đối tác). This is their website and page if you have interest and want to become a
member of organization, when you take part in one of their campaigns, you will have
memorable experience and a beautiful certificate for your CV:

Another example that I really really want to share is a channel called “Coolmate care and
share” on TikTok, the team has helped poor and homeless people in Hanoi by giving food,
clothes, pillows, blankets, and money, as well as talking with, listening to, and sharing with
them. They capture those meaningful moments and spread those good things to everyone
through TikTok. Thanks to those clips, they received many compliments, sponsors, and
donations from social networks to help more people. Furthermore, for every Coolmate
product sold, Coolmate commits to donate 10% of the order value to Coolmate Care and
Share, which helps poor children. This is their channel on Tiktok:

However, we need to be high alert when donating money to organizations. We need to
research carefully about the organization's information, its goals, and financial honesty to
avoid being taken advantage of by the bad guys who use our love and forgiveness to
increase personal profits.
In conclusion, marketing is as important for nonprofit organizations as it is for businesses
because they need donations to operate their organization and provide services supporting
their mission.

In my opinion, the common point between Marketing 3.0 and Marketing 4.0 is that they both
apply technology and focus on people. But Marketing 4.0 takes advantage of advances in
information technology and the Internet, it is a type of marketing that mixes online and offline
interactions between businesses and customers. Marketing 4.0 is the development and
inheritance of the theories and practices of traditional and digital marketing. It is a
combination, not an exclusion, of modern and traditional marketing. Marketing 4.0 is
human-centered (not customer or product-centric) with the support of platform technology
(social networks, CRM, Internet,...) to create quick communication connections between
businesses and customers. Digital technologies applied in Marketing 4.0 such as Big Data,
AI, VR, Retargeting… To the question “Is it possible for a brand to implement a marketing
activity at NO COST (zero cent, no money)?”, I am 100% sure that no cost marketing
strategies can be implemented. in the digital age. Businesses completely apply the right
skills and techniques in marketing strategies in order to raise awareness for a product or
brand designed to enable businesses to earn better returns from their marketing efforts
without significant investment such as using social media, networking, business
partnerships…It is too easy for everyone to implement.
It can be seen that in today's modern technology era, social networks like Facebook, TikTok,
Instagram, etc., have become platforms that attract a lot of users. Each of us uses an
average of at least 2 hours a day, which shows the influence of social networks on us in our
studies, work, and daily life.
An example that I wanna share is “Khá tiếng anh” - a famous channel in the field of
education on TikTok, especially in English. This channel has up to 1.5 million followers and
26.1 million likes from viewers. He discusses how to efficiently learn English and study for
IELTS, including the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as the
English knowledge he has learned, such as how to pronounce it like a native speaker, new
words, and sentence structures. He also creates unique content to attract people and keep
them interested while they study. To be honest, many people didn't know who "Khá tiếng
anh" was before he started his TikTok channel, but thanks to social media, he was able to
take advantage of it to share his English knowledge with the audience. This, in my opinion, is
a free kind of self-promotion as well as self-promotion for the English teaching center he
He has become well-known in the world of education as a result
of Tiktok's influence, while also assisting his company in reaching out to more students and
consumers. Through that zero cost marketing strategy on social media, he sold more
English courses and attracted many students. This is his channel:

In conclusion, NO COST marketing is feasible to implement today, especially during the
Covid-19 epidemic, everyone is inclined to work and study online.
