1.2.1 Studies Related to Social Media

Due of its user-friendly qualities, social media is a tool that is growing fairly

popular these days. People are able to connect with one another across distances thanks to

social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others. In other words, social

media has made the entire world accessible to us. Particularly among the most frequent

users of social media are young people. Completely of this leads you to question if

something so strong and having such a broad impact could really be all positive. Social

networking is similar to how there are always two sides to a coin.

There are many benefits to social media when we consider its good side. The most crucial

one is a fantastic educational tool. Anyone can access any information they need with a

single click. Social media can be used by students to educate themselves on a variety of

topics. Furthermore, social media has made live lectures possible. Additionally, as more

and more people turn away from newspapers, they depend more and more on social

media for news. Through it, you are constantly kept informed on the most recent events

in the world. A person develops a greater social awareness of global challenges.

Moreover, it improves ties to the people you love. Social internet has eliminated the

barrier of distance. For instance, communicating with friends and family who live abroad

is simple.  Most importantly, it offers youthful, aspiring artists a fantastic platform to

freely display their ability. Social media can also help you find excellent job

prospects. Companies who want to market their brands can profit from yet another

advantage. Social media has emerged as a major platform for advertising and provides

you with many options to interact with customers. Social media is regarded as one of

society's most destructive components and yet had such significant advantages. The

overuse of social media can have serious repercussions if it is not controlled. Due to the

unprecedented invasion of your privacy, it is detrimental. Children are a target for

predators and hackers because of the excessive sharing that occurs on social media. It

also results in cyberbullying, which has a tremendous negative impact on everyone.

Therefore, it is important to always keep an eye on what children are posting on social

media, especially. The next addition is social media, which is very popular among young

But in the end, everything is up to the user. The young people must, in particular, strike a

balance between their social media use, physical activity, and academic success.

Anything used excessively may be dangerous, and social media is no different. As a

result, we must make an effort to lead a healthy, fulfilling life.

1.2.2 Studies Related to Small and Medium Businesses

Nowadays, both buyers and shoppers rely heavily on online marketplaces. The
two leading and most potent e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia are Lazada and

Shopee. Due to the fact that these online stores serve as a gateway between buyers and

sellers, both of these marketplaces can benefit from an increased range of products

without having to add any additional inventory. After carefully examining the situation,

we have come to the conclusion that these online marketplaces definitely have

advantages and can greatly expand your seller business. Small businesses may encounter

distinct obstacles while implementing the same quality procedures as larger corporations,

yet they may frequently do so. For instance, small organizations typically have fewer

personnel and upfront financial resources to spend to quality efforts. However, in a

smaller company, upper management commitment and accessibility may be stronger, and

internal communications may be more straightforward.

The values that small business employees perceive have a tendency to become common

features in the conduct of the employees and can become significant factors that provide

strong long-term performance. If top managers can define principles and ideas to assist

direct the actions of staff, they can make a significant contribution to the creation of small

business culture.

marketing’ he stated that “Monitoring and facilitating customer’s interaction,

participation and sharing through digital media to encourage positive engagement with a

company and its brands leading to commercial value. Interactions may occur on a

company site, social networks and other third-party websites.” In addition, social media

is an essential section of the online marketing world which implicates how to do

consumer conversation on a website or Facebook, tumbler, Twitter, and other social

media platforms. The online networking showcasing is the essential class of

computerized advertising which includes empowering client correspondences on an

organization’s own website, or social existences for instance Facebook or twitter or other

web journals and discussions. It can be connected in a way like a conventional

communicated medium, for example, organizations can utilize Facebook and twitter to

send messages to costumers, clients or accomplices who have preferred it. Nevertheless,

to exploit the advantages of online networking it is imperative to begin and take an

interest in client conversation.

everything has a negative side, and social media is no different. Due to the ease of access

to the internet, some people constantly seek to harm someone's reputation. The

probability of an attack is higher if your company is new or is just getting off the ground.

Anyone can simply post bad remarks about your company because it's so simple to

comment or engage. Third, heavily rely on ads, Companies that use social media are well

aware of this. The introduction of Facebook advertisements was revolutionary. It is a

great tool for generating leads online because it may target particular audiences based on
