Are scholarships for Islamic Universities included
under this proposed allocation?
How does the MBHTE plan to strengthen Madaris
Education Services? Why is it under Special
Provisions, 16. Madaris Asatidz Program, it states
that assistance is only provided to learners in
accredited private madaris? What about learners of
traditional madaris? How does the Ministry plan to
encourage accreditation of Traditional Madaris, or
provide support to them?
There are allocations for the construction of school
buildings, as well as appropriation for learning
resources such as text books. However, what is the
Ministry’s plan if the pandemic continues until the next
school year? There does not seem to be a specific
allocation for distance learning.
There is an allocation for armchairs for learner-
beneficiaries, however if face-to-face learning still
cannot be conducted, these may not be of much use
 for learner-beneficiaries. Would gadgets that would
help in e-learning and distance learning be more
useful, such as Ipads, be more useful? How about for
teachers, is there not an allocation for the increased
provision of printers and risographs which they would
need to mass reproduce modules? How about IT
facilities?
