A RESOLUTION
COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING BENAMIN ELEGORES RINABOR FOR
BEING THE TOP 2 IN THE 2022 PHILIPPINE CRIMINOLOGY LICENSURE
EXAMINATION, AND FOR GIVING PRIDE AND HONOR TO THE BANGSAMORO
PEOPLE

WHEREAS, on 28th day of January 2022, the Professional Regulation Commission

(PRC)
announced the results of the December 2021 Criminology Licensure Examination;
WHEREAS, with an impressive rating of 89.55 percent, Lake Lanao College
Incorporated
graduate, and alumna Mr. Benamin Elegores Rinabor obtained the rank of Top 2 of the
other 33,983 examinees out of which 11,610 (34.16%) have passed the exams after
attending the December 12-14, 2021 examination;
WHEREAS, Rinabor completed his college education in the province of Lanao del Sur,
at the Lake Lanao College Incorporated with the degree Bachelor of Science in
Criminology;
WHEREAS, Rinabor finished his Bachelor’s degree as Cumlaude of the Batch
Maharlika 2021 among the 110 graduates of Lake Lanao College Incorporated;
WHEREAS, Rinabor is a proud moro from the province of Lanao del Sur specifically in
the Municipality of Tugaya, and is the son of Amin Munurun B. Rinabor and Agnes I.
Antonio;
WHEREAS, Rinabor serves as a good example and inspiration for the young
Bangsamoro people to emulate and to excel in their chosen field of endeavors;
WHEREAS, the exemplary achievement of Mr. Rinabor is a source of inspiration for the
young professionals and aspirants in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region and the
entire nation which merits this parliament’s recognition and commendation;
WHEREAS, it is without doubt that Mr. Rinabor brought honor to our region, even
amidst the concerns brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. His perseverance,
dedication and courage made evident by securing the top 2 in the Criminology
Licensure Examination. It will forever serve as an inspiration not only to the people of
Lanao del Sur but also to the millions of Bangsamoro people across the country;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority;
