AN ORDER DEPUTIZING HON. ARTHUR R. DIMAGUILA BARANGAY

KAGAWAD CHAIRMAN ON COMMITTEE ON ENVIRONMENT AND ROMERICO
TAMAYO, BARANGAY TANOD AS BARANGAY ENVIRONMENT OFFICERS
OF BARANGAY BIÑAN, CITY OF BIÑAN, LAGUNA

WHEREAS, to ensure compliance with the requirements of Environment Impact

Statement System (PD 1586), Toxic Substances and Hazardous Wastes Act (RA 6969).
The Clean Air (RA 9275), their respective implementing rules and regulations (IRRs),
and other pertinent rules and regulations;

WHEREAS, there is a need for environmental officers who shall serve as support
mechanism to the designated Pollution Control Officer and who are tasked to report
any environmental violation within the city;

NOW, therefore I, HON. DENNIS M. SALANDANAN, Punong Barangay,

Barangay Malaban, City of Biñan, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do
hereby DEPUTIZE HON. ARTHUR R. DIMAGUILA and ROMERICO TAMAYO AS
BARANGAY ENVIRONMENT OFFICERS OF BARANGAY MALABAN, CITY OF
BIÑAN.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that Barangay Environment Officers shall

perform all the duties and responsibilities in accordance with the environment laws and
regulations applicable and necessary for the environment policies of Barangay Malaban,
City of Biñan.
