RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH AMENDMENTS

Mr. Speaker:
The Subcommittee on Socio-Economic Programs has the honor to report back
to its Mother Committee, Ministry of Social Services Resolution No. 94, entitled:
“RESOLUTION CALLING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND
DEVELOPMENT OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL GUIDELINES FOR THE SUPPORT
OF VARIOUS LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS”
With the recommendation that said Resolution No. 94 be approved with the
following amendments:
1. The Title was amended to read as follows:
“RESOLUTION CALLING ON THE APPROPRIATE MINISTRIES AND
OFFICES OF THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT TO FORMULATE
THEIR RATIONALIZED UNIFIED GUIDELINES FOR LIVELIHOOD
PROJECTS”
2. Add a Whereas Clause as paragraph 7 that reads as follows:

“WHEREAS, the appropriate ministries and offices in the Bangsamoro

Government in the implementation of the above shall develop streamline
processes, unified records of beneficiaries, and benefactors and other
appropriate mechanisms including sharing of databases of beneficiaries
among ministries and offices for the smooth implementation of the their
livelihood projects.”

3. The Resolving Clause was amended to read as follows:

“NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to call on the appropriate ministries
and offices of the Bangsamoro Government to formulate rationalized unified
guidelines and share databases on beneficiaries of for livelihood projects to
improve the socio-economic conditions of the inhabitants of the Bangsamoro
Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.”
