Drilling instruction for BUCS-144W

Operation: 26" hole&20" CSG Date: 2021/08/01

1) P/U and M/U 26"BHA, RIH and tag the top of cement, drill out cement and
accessories. WOB: 20~50kN, RPM: 30~60rpm, Flowrate: 2500~3000
L/min;
BHA: 6" Bit+O/X(F/V)+ 9-1/2"DC2+26"STAB+9-1/2"DC1+O/X(731×630)+8-1/4"DC3+
O/X(631×NC50)+5"HWDP
2) Adjust parameters while the stabilizers below the casing shoe, WOB:
30~50kN, RPM: 60~100 rpm, Flowrate: 3200~4300 l/min;
3) Ream at least one time for each stand to keep hole smooth;
4) Drill to section TD (≥121.00 m ), circulate, sweep 10m3 hi-vis gel pill;
5) Short trip to 20.00 m, trip down and tag the fill, circulate, spot 35m 3 hi-vis
gel mud on bottom, take survey and POOH;
6) Check casing accessories, measure, clean casing thread;
7) Make preparations for running casing, check the seal of the stinger;
8) Run 20"casing to bottom as per the casing tally sheet; the first 3 joints
casing thread shall be coated with casing thread lock, inspect the float
shoe;
 The casing tally: F/S+casing;
9) Run 20"casing inner string, check for seal, circulate; cementing as per
program;
 Guard against junk while running the inner string;
 Install the centralizer near the stinger to ensure the inner string is
centralized;
 During the cementing job, monitor the flowout;
 Calculate the displacement volume accurately;
 Check flowback at cementing unit, if there is no flowback, Pull up the
inner string, R/D the cementing lines and cementing head; if there is
flowback, pump it back. Repeat 2~3 times, if there is still flowback,
take balance method;
 Circulate the inner string clean, POOH.
10) POOH the inner string, WOC;

11) Rough cut and L/D 20"casing;
12) Final cut and dress 20"casing, N/U 21-1/4"casing head, pack off test;
13) N/U 21-1/4"BOP stack;
14) Function test BOP stack, run test plug and pressure test BOP stack and
relevant equipments as per the standard;
15) Retrieve the test plug, run 20" wear bushing, close the bypass valve of the
wellhead.
26"phase precaution:
 Use low WOB and high RPM to keep hole vertical;
 26"hole section TD shall be adjusted based on the length of casing to keep
the casing head away from the casing coupling;

 Calculate the cutting height of 20"casing accurately, and ensure the cut be
level.
