In the testUI software(detector calibrationn software),we can team
not get into AED2 mode of detector,AED2 means detector can
get image when it receive X ray. We try to get a dark image of
the detector, found the dark image abnormal,there is a problem
in the area above the image, suspected of damage or liquid

infiltration.Ask customer take photo of the detector and found
that the shell at the upper left corner of the detector has been Date：2022/04/27
sunken. It is suspected that it has been impacted or heavily
pressed, which will cause internal damage to the detector,can
see the photo.

1. The dark field TFT image in the repair record is incorrect.
2. First connect the collected image to determine the image
abnormality, and part of the dark field 8000.
3. Open the front face (TFT) of the flat panel detector, and
the wiring between the binding area of the six gates and the
TFT is corroded. This phenomenon cannot be directly
photographed with a mobile phone. Take pictures with the help
of a microscope. Figure A shows the corrosion at the wiring,
and figure B shows the normal picture.
4. The normal use of TFT requires that TFT+ROIC+GATE are

normal. The damage usually occurs in these three categories. Date：2022-6-9
The damage is caused by the connection between the gate
binding area and the TFT. There is a line in this area. It is
determined that the line has been corroded. Once there is a
problem with the line, the whole TFT+ROIC+GATE can only be
replaced.

TFT is the most important part of the detector which for

imaging,it is weak and will damage when:
1.Corrosion due to liquid infiltration
2.Crush or impact
