ABSTRACT

Fourth industrial revolution is developing worldwide. Internet of Things(IoT), Big

Data, and Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology, which are the core of the 4th
industry, provide the navigation service in the indoor space. In this paper, we use a
Light Fidelity(Li-Fi) Access Point(AP) installed in a dense network to collect
accurate location information and create a traffic map. The AI engine using the
hospital integrated information database suggests a smart indoor navigation system
that uses Joint Named Entity Recognition and Disambiguation(J-NERD) to
conveniently enter the symptoms and guide the user to the desired location by
matching diseases.
INTRODUCTION

The core of the fourth industrial revolution is the convergence of IoT, Big Data and
AI technology. The goal is to build a more efficient and productive system using data
based on these three technologies. Data collection using IoT, real - time data storage
using big data technology, and intelligent system based analysis, classification, and
prediction using AI technology are needed. Due to this exponentially increasing
amount of data, the RF spectrum is saturated. To solve this problem, research is
being conducted to use a broad optical spectrum. Li-Fi is one of the most popular
technologies.
The proposed smart navigation system provides the indoor navigation function that
provides the location information of the relevant place using AI based on the
information inputted by the user in the Li-Fi environment. we need Named Entity
Recognition technology because the AI engine needs to analyze the symptom of the
patient based on the natural language information that user speaks. Based on the
natural language the patients speak, they output the entity using Named Entity
Recognition (NER) technology and output the patient's symptoms from the hospital
integrated information database. The optimal path and additional information can be
provided to the user based on the average waiting time of the clinic stored in the
database.
In this, we have created a scenario in which the patient visits the hospital. When the
patient enters the symptom, they are connected to the Central Server via Li-Fi and
Power Line Communication(PLC). Central Server uses AI to guide patients to the
clinic in the optimal path. Also, a traffic information map can be provided by using
the user's location information and medical information.
