‫ان الحمدهللا نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذباهللا من شرور انفسنا ومن سيئات اعما لنامن يهده هللا فال مضل‬
‫ ال نبيا بعد‬0‫ اشهدان الإله إالهللا وحده الشريك له واشهدأن محمداعبده ورسوله‬0‫له ومن يضلله فال هادي له‬

First of all, let’s praise to the almighty Allah S.W.T because of his blessing we can
be able to attend this speach english contest.

Secondly, may peace be upon to our prophet muhammad saw who has guided us
from the darkness to the lightness.

Allow me to introduce my self

My name is AFIFA JAMIATUN SAKILLAH, just call me ifah, I am 19 years

old, I am from madinatunnajah.

Ok ladies and gentlemen ......

In this occasion, I would like to deliver my speech titled" Applying the

characters of the prophet muhammad saw in the process of forming the characters
of muslim young generation ". As we are all aware, the pandemy is not over. Many
people have died from the covid-19 virus. That is why we need to practice healthy
lifestyle, it’s our responsibility to look after each other in this condition.

As we all know,nowdays our nation faces some issues related to moral

values. so,what is moral actually?....Moral is the particular combination of the
qualities that make someone a kind of person. In other words, it is one’s behaviour,
ideas, vision, endurance, will-power, understanding, courage, and the power of
articulation which determines one’s character.

Qur’an beatifully gives the examplary story of the cave youths (ashabul
kahfi) who are famous for thair strong faith and firm stance in holding the principle
of truth.

Allah S.W.T praises them with the verse:

‫اعودباهللا من الشيطان الرجيم‬

‫بسم هللا الرحمن الرحيم‬

ِ ‫علَ ْيكَ نَبَأ َ ُه ْم ِبا ل َح‬

‫ق ِإنَ ُه ْم فِتْيَة آ َمنُ ْو ِب َر ِب ِه ْم َو ِز ْدنَا ُه ْم ُهدًى‬ ُ ‫نَحْ نُ ن‬
َ ‫َقص‬
(Al kahfi verse :13)

Which mean :

We tell you (muhammad) their true story. Verily there are youths who
believe in their lord and we have added guidance to them.

So from here the messenger of Allah S.W.T gave a guarantee of safety in the
hereafter.

Ibbnu abbas friend once stated:

Allah has not sent a prophet but a youth, and a scholar is not given
knowladge by allah except in his youth.

It’s time for us to bring up the ideal young generation with the character of
ashabul kahfi,having the faith of ibrahim, lovers of the noble qualities of the
prophets, reflecting on this story, ideally young generation must have clear criteria
in idolizing someone.

The last not least youth is considered to have the capacity as the main
driving force for community development because youth can be relied on who can
adapt to demands of changes and new developments in the digital era with their
creativity and innovation. It is undeniable that the role of technology is getting
bigger and bigger in social roles. So that a special space is created in giving birth to
a re-generation of youth in the future who will be the hope of this nation, and will
later become leaders who are can bring prosperity to all people in our country.
