Greetings

Good morning everyone, to our highly competent and ever-committed Grade 12 Advisers and co-advisers,
as well as to all the SHS Faculty members headed by our indefatigable, brilliant, and active SHS
Coordinator, Mam Antonette Balanay. Likewise, to our graduating students who are present this morning,
patiently and anxiously waiting for whatever results that may come out later. Once again, a very pleasant
morning to all.

INTRO

For the past two years it has been extraordinary and challenging in the academe, but despite all the struggles
and difficulties, we managed to cross the line. With all the adversities we have encountered, it does not
mean that learning must stop, instead, it merely must evolve.

DepEd Order Number 18., series of 2021 clearly emphasizes that awards and recognition have been
embedded in our Educational system because of profound effect on learners’ morale, motivation, self-
efficacy, and commitment of learners’ to consistently perform and strive better. These meaningful moments
of recognition inspire others and reinforce behavior that leads to improvement.

PART I & II. To officially begin the deliberation for the Academic Year 2021-2022, may we all stand as we
pay tribute to our national flag through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be led to us by Mrs.
Christine Jane Guerrero, to be followed by a Prayer to be led by Mr. Rocky Jei Novedo.

PART III. At this point, may we listen to the Opening Remarks by our SHS Coordinator- Maam Antonette
Balanay.

PART IV. May we now have the presentation of the Awards Committee/ Candidates for Academic
Excellence Award by Ms. Yola Jane Yocente- the Grade 12 Chairperson

PART V. At this juncture, May I request Mr. Sonny Cristobal to present the guidelines on the deliberation
process.

PART VI.  Now, we shall have the deliberation proper starting with:

PART VII. So, the deliberation process has come to closure, and the agony of waiting is so much intense.
We shall have now the proclamation of honor awardees to be presented by our SHS Coordinator, Maam
Antonette Balanay.
