Now, what exactly do you mean by a ‘right’ choice? I believe everyone has different answers for
this but if I put it in simple words the right choice is morally and philosophically correct. Let's
consider an example here in the form of a story
2 people are fighting on the street. Many people are witnessing this and walking away. A person
abruptly succeeds in ending the fight peacefully. Now if you think about it, all these people who
didn’t do anything about the fight must be having different thoughts like “Maybe its a personal
matter why do I interfere between them”, “I would want to end the fight but I’m confused” all
these people made different choices but only 1 person had the potential to make the right choice
here. We often fail to make the right choice out of confusion but always remember Mahatma
Gandhi once said “NO with the deepest conviction is better than a YES to avoid trouble”
● values
Make choices that align with YOUR core beliefs and perceptions. The alternative invariably
leads to regret.
● Another aspect is the RIGHT perspective
Every situation has multiple sides to it. It is you and only YOU can recognize it from every
angle. Then analyze all the options and choose what you feel is the best amongst all rather than
the right one.
● Learning from the past
Learn from your own and other people's perspectives. Identify scenarios where you've had to
make a comparable decision in the past. Seek advice from reliable sources. Even if you are
unsure, go out of the box.
I believe I have expressed the right significance of the subject. Thank you for being with me
patiently. I want to conclude with a little word,
“Even if you come across an encounter or regret. Take it positively since you have acquired a
lesson that you can use for the benefit of yourself and others as Albert Einstein famously stated
“a person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.”
Have a good day ahead
