1.         SCOPE
This Datasheet covers the requirements for design and supply of Flow Meter ( Volumetric ) for "Relokasi DPPU Hasanuddin-Makassar.
Location of this project will be in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Any omission of details in this datasheet shall not relieve the vendor of his obligation to furnish a complete functional system which operates
reliably and satisfactorily.
The components and accessories furnished with the system shall be designed and fabricated in accordance with the applicable codes and
standards listed in section 2 and 3 of this datasheet.

The following codes and standards shall form a part of this datasheet
- ISA - Instrumentation, System, and Automation Society ( ISA S20, 1981 ) 1
- API - American Petroleum Institute ( API RP 551 Sect. 2, API MPMS 5.3 )

4.         SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

4.1.    GENERAL
The flow meter ( volumetric ) shall be designed to measure flow totalizer by locally. The equipment shall be appropriate to be install in such
tropic climate and shall be reliable.

4.2.    CLIMATE CONDITION

All field instrument and equipment shall be suitable for installation in the climatic conditions specified bellow and be tropicalized as per
manufacturer’s standard procedure.
All part subject to moisture, fungus growth or insect attack shall be treated with suitable coating to inhibit such corrosion attack. Suitable
weather protection, IP 65 or equivalent as minimum shall be provided.

5. All instrument shall be attached with 316SS name plate, stamped with tag no and platform no, and fix with SS screws or wire. 1
6. Minimum requirement is the totalizer digit can measure up to cm3 unit.
7. Vendor shall provide all required document ( minimum : Certificate of origin, hydrotest certificate, material certificate, certificate of compliance ).
