As I have been working in hospital for the past 13 years, I am also a freelancer, working part

time as an academic writer for the past 3 years. I have a very large circle of academic writers
around me. My goal is always to attract people from other countries to my work. SMART goals
are concrete milestones that may be worked for over a set period of time. These objectives must
be properly crafted in order to remain effective. What I admire about working is the teachable
moments you can acquire and how they can be applied straight to your profession.

Smart goal are identified as:

 Specific: Make your aim specific and concise. This will help you plan more successfully.
 Measureable: Define what data will demonstrate progress and reassess as needed.
 Attainable: Check to see if you can practically complete your goal within a limited time.
 Relevant: Your aims should be consistent with your beliefs and protracted aspirations.
 Time Bound: For task prioritizing and commitment, specify a reasonable and objective
completion time.
My goal is to be concise and specific in order to attract clients from various countries. My goals
are quite clear in my mind. I have a lot of power to achieve my objectives. My objectives are
challenging for me to achieve. I know what I'm aiming for, and I'm working hard to fulfil all of
my objectives in a timely and effective manner. I always do my best to set a time limit for my
tasks and fulfil all of my responsibilities within that time range. I make absolutely sure that I
complete my tasks within a reasonable time frame.

Strength:

One of our greatest assets is that we do not accept payment in advance. We accomplish our tasks
on schedule and send the clients various portions of our work. If they are satisfied, we send them
their entire job and receive money.
Weakness:

Many married women who work as freelancers are unable to continue writing because of their
marital situation. Some took time off from work, while others resigned. That was a watershed
moment for the firm, as it raised its turnover rate.

Improvement:

We were confronted with a vulnerability after identifying it. They decided to engage half married
and half unmarried women as freelancer academic writers. That brought everything back into
balance, and things are looking well for both the firm and the people.
