R.E. APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF REGISTRATION OFFICER

With reference to an advert from the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone (ECSL) soliciting applications
from suitably qualified Sierra Leoneans to fill in existing tenancies in the Commission, among others, I
hereby submit application for the post of Registration Officer in order that I participate in the national
service as a patriotic citizen of this country.

I am a Third Year Student, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art Degree in Sociology at Fourah Bay
College, University of Sierra Leone. I sat the West African Senior Secondary School Certificate
Examinations (WASSCE) at Ansarul Islamic Secondary School, Freetown and passed with (6) Credits,
which gave me the required qualification to gain admission into Fourah Bay College.

In addition, my wish to be part of this exercise is for the fact that election exercises, such as Registration
of Voters, seeks to ensure a credible, transparent, free and fair elections in the country, which is the sole
aim of this Commission. In view of that, backed up with my experience in data collection and
organization, I have the belief that I can measure up to the task and be able to provide the required
expertise in achieving the Commission’s set goals.

of employment.
