Swimming is my favourite sport


I usually go swimming in the summer.
Summer on weekends,
I often go to the
swimming pool near
my house or the
amusement park with a
swimming pool to relax
and entertain.

I sometimes go swimming with


my dad on weekends. On those
days, my father and I will
practice swimming so that I can
become more proficient and the
rest of the week, after each
lesson, I and my friends practice
swimming at school.

Advantages of swimming compared to other sport


a. Swimming has a Minimal Rich of Injuries
b. Swimming builds muscles all over the body
c. Swimming promotes independence
4. Why you like this sport
I like swimming because it brings a lot of benefits to us:
- About the body: swimming helps our body lengthen and grow
taller
- Increase the body's reflexes to avoid the risk of drowning
accident

Prevent drowning accidents


- Participating in major tournaments offers a lot of potential to
develop this sport, attracting many future excellence athletes.

Swimming at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics


I like swimming because it is not simply an activity, but it is
both a surviving skill and a supporter for our health: helps
us to save ourselves when we fall into a dangerous situation
like drowning,... In addition, swimming also helps me feel
healthier and more mentally comfortable. Owning a slim
body is also the dream of many women. Overall, swimming
brings a lot of benefits.
