This physical based session is focused on agility, speed in and out of cones 1. Technique in the physical component with 2 footed jumps not rushed
and power with hurdle jumps before finishing. (Physical)
We begin with 2 teams at each end of the practice area, with one person 2. Speed and Agility to change direction between cones quickly (Physical)
