 Project Scope
For the initial phase of proposed real estate website (https://paytolet.com), Skwnapp Creative will work with
you to develop the project into a fully functional MVP and deploy script on cloud hosing. This initial
phase will last 21 days.

Project COST will be render as a “Customize Service Tier” basis in the amount written in Fees section.
Services not listed in Fees section should be considered as additional and out of scope of this proposal.

Terms and Conditions
Client shall pay Skwnapp Creative 60% upon invoice receipt and 40% after project completion. Project is
scheduled to be completed within 21 days from initiation payment date.

Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice initiation or project completion date. Any
amounts not paid within the thirty (30) days developer may terminate this agreement with prior written
notice to the Company/Organization if Company/Organization breaches payment schedule described in
first paragraph. Developer also may terminate this agreement without prior notice if no project payment
was received within 60 days.
