Scope of Work

1. Platforms:
to provide an interactive responsive website, a content management system
(CMS) and CRM integration.
 Website: a user-friendly website that includes all the information
about the services of Menassat Developments and its available units &
projects. (Native)
 CMS / Administration Portal: to manage RED’s listings, content,
marketing banners and creating contact forms/landing pages.
 Integrated with current CRM solution.
2. Language:
The solution can be provided in English and Arabic languages
3. Support:
 Technical support: Support team will support the client in case of any
issues or bugs in the system.
 Server support: Support team supports the client with daily backups for
data-bases and contents, with grantee with the minimum down time,
frequently hosting resources monitoring.
 Issues and reports: Support frequently monitoring issues and analytics
tools for any emergency cases, also support team will report any issue
appears from client’s side.
4. Hosting:
 Online Hosting cost per month.
5. Integrations:
 CRM integration: integration with CRM API
 Reporting tools: integration with any reporting third parties
 Analytics tools: Google analytics, Mix Panel, Facebook Pixel …etc.
 Automated chat pot: question and answers to be provided by us and
other for redirecting to fill the form.

 We prefer to proceed with Dgtlhub; the design layout and elements


fits the brand persona and identity
 There are so many features and solutions that Dgtlhub offer within
the budget they provided, these features range between usability to
site mapping to structure, etc.…
 Dgtlhub provided us with a clear scope and timeline for developing
an integrated website that includes all the useful qualities we need
 In terms of positioning; Dgtlhub is an established organization with
well-experienced team members which effects our cycle of
communications and work efficiency
 Dgtlhub has previous experiences with prime organizations and a
neat portfolio
 Very professional technical background and flexible with our needs
 Real-estate experience because they have their own platform which
is Aqarak
 Right Mind:

 Right Mind didn’t submit a design, direction, layout or features for


us to choose from
 We didn’t receive a clear customized scope and timeline for
developing the website
 Our current landing page was their reference to the new website
which is way far from what we need; the landing page served its
purpose back then; we are now looking for something efficient and
upscale
 Any additional features such as animated map, usability features
and elements will be treated separately and not within the budget
 The site map that was provided didn’t include most of the elements
that should be used for a Real Estate brand
 In terms of communication; we faced a delay throughout our
communication with Right Mind which will definitely affect our
work cycle and efficiency on a later stage
 Poor quality real-estate experience

 Fabrica:

 Design was not related to the brief sent


 Template look and feel
 They didn’t submit a variety of directions
 We didn’t receive a clear scope
 The tools were not dynamic enough for the real-estate sector

 BNI:

 The most expensive offer we received


 In comparison to the scope they provided, the price is over budget
 Layout was very complicated according to the cliental criteria
 They don’t provide CSS for free it has a monthly fee excluded
from the budget
 No real-estate experiences
