CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOUR SCHOOL HAS BEEN SELECTED TO TAKE PART IN

NSFYC 2021.

We would like to inform that your school has been SELECTED to participate in National Level
Science Fair for Young Children 2021. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

For NSFYC 2021, the schools are required to prepare the students for a 15 minutes Online Interview
Session via Google Meet. Please find below the Teachers’ Responsibilities and Rules and Regulations
to attend Online Interview Session.

Teachers’ responsible:
• Fill up the below Google form to confirm your NSFYC 2021 participation.

• Attend a teacher briefing on 28 Aug 2021, Saturday at 11am.
• Prepare the students that involve in ZLSF for the NSFYC Online Interview Session.
• Ask the students to join the google meet link provided by the organizers on the given date and
time for the interview session.

The rules and regulation are as below:

• The interview will be fully based on Questions & Answers
• The duration will be 15 minutes for each school
• Students need to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time
• The schools will be automatically disqualified if we notice teachers or parents helping the
students during the Interview Session.
• The judging panel will reconfirm the students based on the video that has been submitted (Make
sure same students attend the interview session and no replacement allowed)
• All the students need to join the interview session using individual google meet account and
from their respective places. We do not encourage the teachers to bring the students to school
or gather in a same place.
• Any form of recording may result in the judging panel disqualify your school.

Kindly fill up the Participation Confirmation form (Google Form) via the link above. All the NSFYC
2021 selected schools are COMPULSORY to fill up the form. Please submit the form by 20 August
2021.
