and documents needed for such. This plan shall be used for assisting the project head

2. MATERIAL PROCUREMENT
2.1 DELIVERY DETAILS

The tools and the materials shall be delivered in the vacant lot located in 28 Pao
Street in which the project head has already discussed the terms and agreements with
the owner and where the lot will be usable until the year 2025. Upon the arrival of the
delivery, the project head, the engineer shall be there to witness and assist the delivery
and to assure that proper material type and quantity has been delivered. They will also
collect any necessary documents and receipts needed for the accounting work.

2.2 STORAGE DETAILS

Storage shall need to be secure and safe from factors that may a ect it like water.
For this reason, a material storage area shall be made with the container van purchased in
the cost management plan. This shall be used to store the materials and tools needed in
the project. This shall be located in the open lot in 28 Pao Street and shall remain there
until the completion of the project. Additionally, the engineer shall conduct a check on
the structure before its usage. This is to ensure the structure is well sealed and the
materials inside be well protected.

2.3 MATERIAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The materials shall be ordered one (1) to two (2) weeks before the speci ic dates
they would need to be delivered. The times the tools and irst batch of the materials
would need to be delivered is at least two (2: week before the start of construction or
within the irst week of month 1. The next batches shall need to be delivered at least one
(1) week before the respective months shown in the material delivery schedule. He
materials are delivered in intervals due to the large quantity needed and the limited space

2.3 DELIVERY ISSUES AND DELAYS

Delays may occur in the delivery of the materials and tools and to ensure that this
would not happen, the project head and engineers shall aim to obtain the materials and
tools before the designated dates that they are needed. This was stated in the previous
portion and would ensure that the materials arrive before the times needed. Two (2)
weeks shall be designated to the irst delivery as this is the most crucial. By ratio, the irst
delivery would have the greatest quantity, allowing some leeway in case the second and
third batch would have delivery delays.

In the case there are delays in the irst batch caused by issues such as mistakes in
materials delivered or the lacking of essential tools, the irst year schedule will be
adjusted accordingly. Extra precautions shall just be made in the last street schedule in
the irst year to avoid any weather problems if they would occur.

2.3.1 MATERIAL PROBLEMS

If any problematic deliveries shall arrive in which the quality or speci ications were
not to that of the ones expected or ordered, the project head shall go back to them
documents/receipts and contracts to recheck if any mistakes are made and would adjust
the schedule and budget accounting documents if needed. The materials would also be
returned and replaced with the correct materials.

If the materials obtained were to have damages or issues, these will immediately
be reported to the supplier and a replacement shall be requested. Additional, if materials
were to incur damages during the construction, this will be reported to the project head.
For both cases, the project head shall adjust the schedule and budget accounting
documents if needed. The materials would also be returned and/or replaced with the
correct materials.
