MINUTES OF MEETING

I. ATTENDANCE

Mr. Rich Bitancor, CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Ckyle Casumpang, Committee Chair

Mr. Ronald Estella, Treasurer of the Board
Ms. Madelaine Indino, Secretary of the Company

II. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Rich Bitancor, the Chief Executive Director of
Mapua Corporation.

III. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING

IV. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES OF THE MEETING
-none

V. NEW BUSINESS (AGENDA)

1. The Chief Executive Director, Mr. Rich Bitancor, stated that despite the
epidemic, they must effectively implement measures that would increase the
work-from-home program’s effectiveness and productivity.
2. In accordance with this, a progress plan is created to successfully implement a
new work-from-home plan that makes some concessions for everyone’s
comfort.
3. The secretary presented a progress plan which:
a. Employ innovative strategies and take into account everyone’s
availability.
b. B. The board treasurer and board committee must submit reports at least
twice every week.
c. C. In order to fully engage in meetings and agendas, other board
members must be present at least three times every week.
4. According to the CEO, each employee would receive a laptop computer and a fully
functional mobile Wi-Fi connection.

5. The following plans and agendas were approved by the company’s CEO, owner,
board of directors, committee chair, and secretary.

6. Tablet distribution policies and agreements will be the main topic of the next
meeting.
