Subject: Clarification on reply of Prof. M.M. Patil, Principal, Vikramshila

Polytechnic, Darapur to secretary MSBTE vide letter Outward Number Nil
dated 23/05/2022

Respected sir,
1. At the outset, I say that the captioned reply letter by in charge Principal Prof.
M.M. Patil (Additional Charge) to you (Secretary, MSBTE) as mentioned in
reference number 1 inter-alia alleging namely,
a) Management has removed me from the post of principal
b) Management has taken serious action against me
is absolutely false, baseless, misleading and not maintainable on facts.
2. I say that, I have requested to the Hon. Secretary SDGCT vide letter mentioned
in reference number 2 and according Hon. Secretary SDGCT vide letter
 mentioned in reference number 3 relived me from my position of principal by
accepting my request.
3. Myself along with my colleagues haven’t received any
resolution/verdict/decision on various grievances raised by us till date as
mentioned in reference 4,5,6,7 and 8.
4. Aggrieved by this delay, I have approached AICTE (WRO) as mentioned in
reference number 12 for non-receipt of resolution/verdict/decision by GRC.
5. I say that through letter mentioned in reference number 11, I requested list of
missing financial documents to Prof. M.M. patil but he haven’t replied up till
now nor provided list of missing documents.
6. Prof. Ravikant Borkar has already given complaint against in charge Prof. M.M.
Patil (additional charge) at Kholapur police station as mentioned in reference 13
which is self-explanatory.
7. I say that Prof. M.M. Patil has taken additional charge as Principal vide letter
mentioned in reference 9 most recently & hence likely that the past is not well
versed by him.
8. Shri Sunil Virkhare provided/produced several letters demanding Gratuity and
pending EPF dues as mentioned in reference 10 by JDRO, Amravati.
9. Shri Sunil Virkhare provided/produced audio recording clearly indicating that In
charge Principal Prof. M.M. patil threatening him to frame fake charges and
police complaint. (Audio clip can be shared/produced whenever
required/demanded by you)
10. Shri Sunil Virkhare can be reached at mobile contact number 9699035863 and
Prof. ravikant Borkar can be reached at mobile contact number 7774092968 to
verify the facts at your end.
11. In charge Prof. M.M. Patil (Additional Charge) is harassing MSBTE approved
staff by issuing show cause notice regularly. Myself along with my colleagues
have approached Advocate Pradeep Ingole for legal advice. The recent show
cause notices issued by Prof. M.M. Patil is mentioned in reference number 14
and enclosed with this letter for your ready reference.

Respected sir,
I, the undersigned, working as Head of Mechanical Engineering is
associated with Shri Dadasaheb Gawai Charitable Trust’s Vikramshila Polytechnic,
Darapur, Tq. Daryapur, Dist: Amravati-444802 (DTE code: 1247, MSBTE code: 1444)
from 2010 till date. I am a permanent employee of the above organisation with AICTE
employee id is as 1-425538596. Myself along with my colleagues have given several
reminders to Grievance Redressal committee (GRC). The college level GRC
(Grievance Redressal Committee) have accepted my Grievance but GRC have not given
any resolution/decision/verdict even after a time period of two months. As the
grievances are related with Salary, EPF and other service matters, I am expecting speedy
AICTE’s intervention into this matter.

Respected sir,

1. At the outset, I say that the captioned Show Cause Notice dated

13th May, 2022 issued to inter-alia

alleging namely,
me

iprovoking people for making complaints against institution

and

ii) alleged negligence on my part during EAMC Review meeting

dated 13th May, 2022 is absolutely false, not maintainable on
facts and hence, liable to be withdrawn forthwith by you.

2 I say that alleged first charge of provoking people for making

complaints against institution is very vague and without
providing details of any specific complaint to that extent. This is

nothing but just a bald & an afterthought vague allegation

stating that "...several complaints by your colleagues... " without

quoting or specifying details of such complaint/s to deal with on

merit and I vehemently deny such false charge. I reserve my

right to deal with the same and submit appropriate reply, as &
when any such alleged complaint is placed on record. I say that I
have always observed high ethical values with protocol in all
respect leading to healthy organizational ambiance.

3. As regards to alleged narration of incidents/events reported to

you by my superiors and other staff member & alleged charged

of negligence on my part during EAMC Review meeting dated
13th May, 2022 to see all classroom and Lab is based on

incorrect premises and I do not admit the same. I say that, vide
my e-mail dated 12th May, 2022 22.04 HRS, I have already
explained & clarified to you the correct facts on EAMC

recommendation review meeting. I say that being HOD, prior

EAMC visit, I have visited all laboratories of Mechanical

Engineering except Drawing Hall as it does not contain any

powered equipments and machines. I have already clarified that,
Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) and Solid Modeling is neither
way related with Drawing Hall nor I have used Drawing Hall for
any subject till date. I say that it is your presumption that
Drawing Hall is associated with above subjects engaged with me,
which is incorrect. I have already given recommendation/s for

detailed inquiry and disciplinary action against Prof. Pradip

Khadse as per EAMC committee member's comments, which you

via e-mail/s to all

did. I have also issued necessary instructions
classroom based on
concerned staff regarding laboratory and
EAMC recommendations, as per reference no. 9.

Without prejudice to aforesaid submission and with reference to

above subject, I along with my relevant colleagues have given

several written requests of GRC as mentioned in reference

including last of such request dated 27th April, 2022 but, you
haven't given any resolution till today. Aggrieved by your no

reply/ no response/ no comment policy, I along with my relevant

colleagues were left with no option other than to approach

competent 8s appropriate authorities like EPF, DTE, MSBTE and
AICTE. All such request letters to you, joint correspondence with
various above Govt. authorities were signed by all my relevant
colleagues with their own free will and without any provocation
and pressure from my side. I say that all my relevant colleagues
are highly educated matured persons with zenith understanding
&with ample experience thus, relevant colleagues does not arise
at all.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, mentioned herewith

above, I do not admit correctness or genuineness of any of the

allegations made in the present show cause notice dated 13th
May, 2022 andI say that, the present show cause notice is
devoid of any merits as it appears that you have recently taken

over the additional charge as Principal most recently & hence

likely that the past is not well versed by you. and therefore, the
said show cause notice is liable to be set side / withdrawn
forthwith by you and I humbly request for the same.
