1. One should always bear in mind that if you plan to communicate and lend
someone’s ear then you should know that you have to return the favor
afterward. On the other hand, if you plan to listen, then you should know
that you need to reply. It is inappropriate for someone to talk only and do
not listen, much more to talk without listening.
2. learned that to be an effective and ethical communicator, I should be a
good listener too because communication goes both ways and a crucial
part of it is understanding. Expressing a thought is also as important as
digesting in an idea.
3. Yes, I agree because each person has their own behavior and customs.

1. It is important to understand the differences between registers so you can

use language that is appropriate for a particular situation. If your register is
too high, you may come across as being snobby, pretentious or arrogant.

1. Regada is a festival in Cavite City in which the merry-making is centered on
sprinkling water. It is a week-long celebration starting on the second week
of June and ends on the feast day of St. John the Baptist, June 24. Regar is a
Spanish word meaning ‘to sprinkle’ or ‘to water’. Regada is a combination
of ecological, cultural, and spiritual activities participated by Caviteños
showing off their unity and camaraderie. In the recent years, Regada kicks-
off with Kulay at Tubig, an on-the-spot water color painting contest
participated by students from different schools in Cavite City. And then
there’s the Regada Trade Fair and the Tahong Fiesta.
2. It is a way of expressing yourself. It's just like any other social media that
tells about your experiences. Sharing your perspectives with rightful
attitude. There should be no offensive insults to avoid any arguments from
the readers. It is much appreciated if you have that good manners. Many
people are reading. So we are to be careful with what we write and post.

A Caterpillar's Voice

Once upon a time a caterpillar crawled inside a hare's house when the hare
was away, and set about making himself comfortable. When the hare
returned home, he noticed new marks on the ground going into the cave.
He called,"Who's in my house?

The caterpillar boomed out in a loud voice, "It is I! Yes, I who crushes rhinos
to the earth and tramples elephants into dust!" The hare hopped about,
crying, "What can a small animal like me do with a creature who crushes
rhinos and tramples elephants?"

He soon met a jackal, and asked the jackal to talk to the terrible creature
who had taken possession of his home and to convince him to leave. The
jackal agreed, and when they reached the place, he barked loudly and
said,"Who is in the house of my friend the hare?"

The caterpillar replied in a voice that rocked the earth, "It is I! Yes, I who
crushes rhinos to the earth, and tramples elephants into dust!" On hearing
this the jackal thought, "Certainly I can do nothing against such a creature,"
and he quickly left.

Performance against Target

-Figures are up on the previous quarter by 2% on product streams one and two
and down by 9.5% on product stream three, it is due to a recent sales campaign,
which focused on higher margin items in product streams one and two which is a
little short-sighted as reorder rates on the stream three products are quicker so
we tend to sell all products.

New Business

Team Member Recruitment Programme.

-successful recruits came from the radio Ad rather than a traditional advertising
route. So, therefore I would suggest that we review our advertising method.
