Performance Task: Having a “New Normal’’ during  this pandemic time, our government recommendation is to stay at home to minimize the spreading of COVID-19 which is a virus and as long
vaccines and cure are not yet ready. Technically, this focus us for self-isolation to reduce social contact with others and also observe personal hygiene especially in our hands. However, we
believe that we need to still engage physical activities in order for us to be fit, healthy and stronger enough to fight this kind of virus. So as a Dance Fitness Instructor, your task is to organize a
Family Dance Fitness Program for different genres such as Traditional, Festival, Ballroom, Cheer Dance, Modern and Contemporary and Hip-hop/Street dancing. For we Filipinos Culturally have
strong family ties, so it is really more fun to do this together with them. This could also promote to maintain the bond and experience enjoyment in managing physical fitness as long as we
always follow health protocol for this “New Normal Policies”.

This output will be presented to the class. In order to check the rationale and effectiveness of the plan, it should target the following components; Knowledge of concept, Skills,
Preparation and Participation by submitting the program proposal and Virtual or Pre- recorded Recital presentation.

G – encourages every family member to engage into various dances genres,

R – Dance Fitness Instructor

A – family member, class and teacher

S – New normal (community quarantine)

P – program proposal and Virtual or Pre-recorded Recital Presentation.

S – Knowledge of Concept, Skills, Preparation and Participation.

ready.  Typically,  these  focus  on  self-isolation  to  reduced  social  contact,  and

scrupulous hand hygiene. However, it is strongly advisable to still engage in physical

activities in order for us to be more fit, healthy and stronger to fight this kind of virus.
