INTRODUCTION

Helpbit is a startup idea which will use business service


providers to help local people in getting their daily services like
beauty, grooming, maintenance, repair, painting, event
management, laundry done at the comfort of their homes.

Helpbit is a mobile application which can be accessed via


smartphones to help connect service providers directly with their
customers.

Helpbit is a gig marketplace that offers home installation,


maintenance, repair service, grooming at home and wellness
services.

REPAIR WORK: Electrician, plumber, carpenter, air conditioner and


appliance repair.

PAINTING: Painting services.

OTHER SERVICES: Such as fitness and yoga at home.

If we check out the scope and demand of business in Bareilly, it


is a huge business which has a high profit earning.

If we are going to target the market of business in Bareilly


these services are required everywhere in banks, households,
schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels etc.

From all of the above areas the household is the main area where
is the largest scope of the business as the household can require
most of the services anytime.

It provides a platform which allows skilled and experienced


professionals to connect with users looking for specific services.
It helps in providing the user best services at the requested time
and date.

Helpbit’s main focus is to satisfy every customer with their


reliable and easy to get services. Helpbit helps in addressing the
issue of recruiting experts for various occupations. It will
provide all sorts of services starting from beauty at home to
painting at home. Trained service providers are available to
extend their services to customers. One just needs to go through
all services and can get their work done within no time and
without having to search for different shops.

● The share of people in rural area is more than urban area
therefore it becomes difficult for company to reach the
masses.

The organizational structure used is line organizational structure which


is also known as scalar chain which shows how the authority flows from
top to lowest position. It clarifies authority, responsibility and
accountability. Line organizational structure is the simplest framework
for the whole administrative organization. Line organization approaches
the vertical flow of the relationship.

MARKETING FEASIBILITY

TARGET MARET

Local service provider apps like Helpbit target the local audience and provide
beneficial and quick services to the local audience. This type of application fulfills
the users demand on time and gives fruitful benefits to the local vendors and also
provides the benefit to rural areas.

MARKETING STRATEGIES

To stand out from other startups, based on their services Helpbit is using different
types of marketing strategies. This way it is making way to customer’s minds to
have their attention. Some of the marketing methods used are:

a. Using the network: As a student I will use my network with the help of
friends, relatives or family. It is the most important marketing strategy
which can help me in reaching the service providers who are interested in
working with me.
b. Social media: Almost every internet user is on social media platforms
(instagram or facebook). It’s the best way to reach out to the audience.
Using social media ads on facebook and instagram they try to reach every
potential customer they can.
c. Search Ads: Advertisements are everywhere to redirect you to the stuff
where you want. Google search ads play the same role. If you enter any
keyword related to their website you will see their search ads on the
browser.
d. Pamphlets: Pamphlet can be used for the people who are using internet
service.
COMMERCIAL FEASIBILITY

Helpbit is ready to provide services to its customers at the


comfort of their homes (in Bareilly).

In the future, the vision is to expand the services to other


cities of the state by providing good and quality services at
the doorstep of our customers. Thereafter, we can plan the
expansion to other states too. We try to update our services
regularly for providing better services to our customers. In
the future, we are planning to include a chat option too
which will enable the users to chat with their selected
servicemen with ease.
