- Time T1 = 14.126 ms, is the elapsed time since the simulation has run till ruler T1
position.
- Time T2 = 14.507 ms, is the elapsed time since the simulation has run till ruler
T2 position.
- Time T2 – T1 = 381.250 us, is the time difference between rulers locations in
the mentioned order. Typical application of time difference is to measure period
of periodic signal and hence to calculate the frequency.
- The magnitude of Channel A (red curve) at time T1 is 7.062 V.
- The magnitude of Channel A at time T2 is +3.025 V.
- The difference in magnitude of Channel A at time T2 and Channel A at time T1 is
- -4.037 V.
- The magnitude of Channel B (blue curve) at time T1 is +4.960V.
- The magnitude of Channel B at time T2 is 6.321 V.
- The difference in magnitude of Channel B at time T2 and Channel B at time T1 is
1.361 V.

The measured values when frequency is 10KHZ:

Peak value Vpk of channel A (Input) 7.062V

Peak value Vpk of channel B (Output) 6.321V
The time period (T) 381.250us
The frequency (f) 0.00262
The voltage gain G(dB) 0.961 dB
Measured values when frequency is 2KHZ:

Peak value Vpk of channel A (Input) -6.111

Peak value Vpk of channel B (Output) -1.181

Use the measured values to calculate the filter gain G (dB) at 2 KHz.
The calculated gain is 14.276 dB.
