OBJECTIVE/S: 1. To familiarize the new and additional indicators of the RPMS-PPST for
S.Y.2021-2022
2. To identify the new forms to be utilized as Means of Verification
(MOVs) of the new template

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY:

A prayer and a short message was given by the school head,

Mr. Noel E. Ocop before the start of the session.
The SLAC activity was facilitated by the ICT/SLAC
Coordinator, Ma’am Joice A. Regahal through a powerpoint
presentation to make the activity smooth and easy to
understand.
 Deped Memorandum #004, series of 2021 were tackled first.
Several Annexes under this DepEd Memo were enumerated.
Various forms and template such the Self-Assessment Tool
(SAT), Classroom Observation Tool (COT), Performance
Monitoring and Coaching Form (PMCF), Teacher Reflection
Form (TRF) and the RPMS template.
At the end, a short video was presented to sum up the whole
content of the new guidelines of the RPMS-PPST for S.Y.
2021-2022.

RESULT/OUTPUT:

 Each teacher was able to familiarized the new guidelines and

the additional indicators of the new RPMS-PPST.
 Clarification on the different means of verification (MOVs) in
every indicator was cleared out.
 The SLAC on Implementation of the Result-Based
Performance Management System-Philippines Professional
Standard for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) turned out successful.
