The document outlines the process for health screening at the entrance of a hospital. Visitors or patients can use a QR code for off-premise screening or a kiosk for on-premise screening. The kiosk collects profile and health check information. If cleared, a green border and queue number are printed. If symptoms are present, a red border alerts staff. A screener verifies patients with QR codes and issues queue numbers or refers patients to the ER if needed. The screener's role is to validate a patient's condition and control entry into the hospital.
