DISPATCHER 

Key Accountabilities: 
 Daily and weekly trip scheduling 
 Load monitoring and updating 
 Communicate with Drivers, customers, and suppliers in a professional and

Administrative Staff 
Key Accountabilities: 
 Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting
up for meetings, and reordering supplies. 
 Processed Trucking Documents necessary in the daily operations. 
 Supporting the daily operations. 
 Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. 
 Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create
presentations, and conduct research. 
 Greet and assist visitors. 
 Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. 
 Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive
experience. 

Minimum Requirements: 
 College Graduate of Business Administration, Management or any related
course 
 Prior work experience in logistics as admin is an advantage 
 Experience with MS Excel and Word 
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace 
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
 Attention to detail.

Accounting Assistant  
 Key Accountabilities: 
 Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting section. 
 Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. 
 Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements. 
 AP/AR Reconciliation Report and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing. 
 Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database. 
 Prepares Check Voucher (CV), encodes disbursement with the accounting
entry. 
 Control and monitor for release of signed checks to payee in exchange for
payee’s official or acknowledgement receipt. 
 Control and monitor for the safekeeping of all check vouchers and their support
and all documents related to disbursements 
 Create and issue sales invoice to customers 
 Payroll 

Minimum Requirements: 
 College Graduate of Accounting /Finance or any related course.   
 Experience with MS Excel and Word 
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace 
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
 Attention to detail. 
 Willing to relocate/ work in Ibaan Batangas 

Purchasing Staff 
 Key Accountabilities: 
 Research potential vendors 
 Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers 
 Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing 
 Track orders and ensure timely delivery 
 Review quality of purchased products 
 Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases 
 Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and
invoices 
 Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses 
 Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed 
 Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage 
 Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends 
Minimum Requirements: 
 Proven work experience as a Purchasing Staff /Officer or similar role (1 year
experience) Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply 
 Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and
liaising with vendors)

 Spare Parts Custodian 
 Manage total parts inventory of the store and regularly record and reconcile with
accounting. 
 Controls and monitor stocks of fast moving motorcyly parts. 
 Check and verifies service advisor requests related to claims warranty. 
 Ensures 100% parts availability and manage level of variancies. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY 
 Responsible in timely forecasting of parts based on the latest market demand
and trends. 
 Performs parts inventory, monitor and manage variancies. 
 Submit monthly performance report. 
 Creates monthly inventory report and reconciliation with accounting 
 Coordinate closely with Service Advisors to facilitate all warranty claims and
monitor parts replacements. 
 Adheres to the highest standard of company policies and procedures.

 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems 
 Provide counseling on policies and procedures 
 Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and
managing the hiring process 
 Create and implement effective onboarding plans 
 Develop training and development programs 
 Assist in performance management processes 
 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues 
 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and
legal requirements

Senior Accountant  
Senior Accountant Responsibilities: 
 Coordinating accounting functions and programs. 
 Preparing financial analyses and reports. 
 Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. 
 Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. 
 Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. 
 Assisting with annual audit preparations. 
 Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of
non-compliance. 
 Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. 
 Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems,
programs, and procedures. 
 Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or
assigned. 

Senior Accountant Requirements: 


 Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 
 3+ years of accounting experience. 
 Strong financial analysis skills. 
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
 Strong organizational and stress management skills. 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. 
 Ability to train and manage staff.

Car Painter  
 A car painter is responsible for making cosmetic repairs to vehicles and
repainting them, often after collisions or accidents. 
 Other main tasks that form the car painter work description include filling,
grinding and sanding repaired body surfaces with the use of hand and power tools;
masking and taping vehicle body surfaces in preparation for painting; mixing paint
and blending and matching colors, determining where the application of paint is
necessary for a thorough coat, critically examining the vehicle for runs or sags 
 Using materials such as lacquer, resin, and so on to paint surfaces of vehicle
units. 
 Getting rid of dirt or grease from vehicle surfaces and ensuring that the vehicle is
well prepares and ready for painting 
 Removing old paint with the use of liquid paint remover, scraper, or other
effective techniques. 
 Carrying out a proper examination to see if certain parts of the vehicle need to be
replaced, protected, or sanded to ensure that painting is properly maintained. 
 Properly maintaining paint booth by replacing filters and fan belts when
necessary 
 Administering the mix of colors and ensuring that they match with original color 
 Applying primers and repainting surfaces with the use of spray guns 
 Polishing the car by wet-sanding and buffing when the paint is dried 
 Ensuring that certain portions of the vehicle are masked with tape and paper to
ensure that each part of the car is painted correctly when using multiple colors. 
  
 
Auto Mechanic 
 Working with the manager and other mechanics to diagnose and repair the
mechanical and electrical components of vehicles. 
 Listening to clients to learn more about vehicle history, potential problems, and
the services they would like to receive. 
 Performing test drivers, inspections, and other diagnostic tests on vehicles to
identify where problems exists and determine which parts need to be repaired or
replaced. 
 Completing preventative maintenance on vehicles, such as performing oil
changes, flushing and replacing fluids, and replacing brakes. 
 Repairing damage to the body of the vehicle and washing and painting the
vehicle’s exterior. 
 Generating timelines and estimates for repairs and discussing options with
clients. 
 Inspecting internal systems and controls to ensure the vehicle is operating
properly and in compliance with state regulations. 
 Maintaining accurate records relating to clients, their vehicles, parts, and service
history. 
 Using shop equipment as instructed, performing regular maintenance and repairs
as needed. 
 Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills. 
 Auto Mechanic Requirements: 
 High school diploma or equivalent. 
 Addition education, certifications, or experience is generally preferred. 
 Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and
directions. 
 Proficiency with hand tools and other equipment.

Electrician Trailer 
 Installing new vehicle wiring systems. 
 Installing and troubleshooting immobilizer and alarm systems. 
 Gathering information from customers about issues with their electrical system.

 Providing customers with estimated time and cost for repairs. 
 Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems. 
 Servicing of electrical automotive parts.

 Reporting and detailing product malfunctions. 
 Adhering to assembly safety standards. 
Fabricator Requirements: 
 High school diploma or GED. 
 Specialized certification preferred. 
 Proficiency in operating heavy machinery. 
 Excellent eyesight and color vision. 
 Good dexterity. 
 Attention to detail.

 Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for later assembly

Welder Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications 
 Prior experience welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment 
 Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding
TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals 
 Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment 
 Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols
