On behalf of the faculty and staff at York Graduate Campus, we congratulate you on your decision to read & follow the
program of study leading up to the award of The Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BSc) offered by Flinders University of
Adelaide, Australia. Whilst welcoming you to YGC’s knowledge quest community, we take pleasure in communicating the
financial commitments applicable with the Flinders 1 + 2 course selected by you.

COURSE FEES APPLICABLE WITH FLINDERS 1 + 2 BACHELORS’ DEGREE PROGRAMME OF STUDY (T & C APPLY)

Tutorial course fees applicable for the 1st undergraduate year SL RS: 500,000 Rs. 50,000
Tutorial course fees applicable for the 2nd undergraduate year AUS $: 33,700 20 %

Tutorial fees applicable for Pearson Test of English (PTE) Excluding Exam Fees SL RS: 34,000
CONSIDERATIONS

1. The entire Programme of study leading up to the award of Bachelor’s Degree consists of three years.
2. The first year of study would be delivered at York Graduate Campus under the approval of Flinders University.
3. The students who complete the First Year at York Graduate Campus in Sri Lanka would be transferred to complete
their Second & The final Year delivered at Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia.
4. Students transferring from York Graduate Campus are entitled to a 20% discount on the Course Fees for both 2nd
& 3rd Year of Study at Flinders University.
5. Each year of undergraduate study at Flinders University consists of two (2) Semesters.
6. The students are offered the provision of settling their Course Fees in Either Termly or Monthly Installments for
their “First Year of Study” delivered at York Graduate Campus.
7. The students are required to settle their course fees at the beginning of each Semester for the 2nd & 3rd years of
study conducted at Flinders University.
8. The Course Fees of the first Semester of the second year of Study must be settled to Flinders University before
the student’s departure to Australia.
9. The above-mentioned rates are applicable for the 2021 student intake of YGC.
10. Flinders University Fees are subject to change on an annual basis at the discretion of the University Management.
11. The Rupee value of the Flinders University payment may change due to the fluctuation of the Australian Dollar.
12. Procurement & Qualification for Australian Student VISA remains the sole responsibility of the student.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PAYMENTS

• The Registration Fees applicable should be paid on or before the commencement of the Programme of
Study
• International Fees should be paid in accordance with the Parity Exchange Rate Endorsed by the Central Bank
applicable at the time of Payment as communicated by the Finance Department of YGC.
• All Monthly instalments applicable must be made on or before the 10th of the Month
• A Delayed Payment Penalty amounting to 10% of the sum outstanding would be applicable & levied from
course fee settlements made after the due date.
• The above-mentioned Course Fees remain fixed & will only be changed at the discretion of the management.
• The Course Fees prevalent at the time of newly selected program of study commencement would be
applicable in the event of Student Transfers or Deferment to a Later Intakes.
• The request for a course transfer should be submitted within a month of the enrolled course commencement.
• No amount or component of Fees paid in lieu of the enrolled course will be refunded under any
circumstance.
• However, the balance of the course fees paid for the current course consequent to the prorated deduction of
the cost of lectures attended by the student will be set off as an advance payment against the course Fees
applicable for the newly selected Program of Study. Terms & Conditions will apply
• Transfer Fees will not be applicable for requests submitted before the commencement of the course.
• The instalment schemes are structured & designed solely for the purpose of student convenience & they
have no credit relevance nor bearing upon the course schedule.
• All payments made to & credited to York Graduate Campus are received & accepted strictly on a non-
refundable basis

We / I as the Student / Parent / Guardian hereby undertake to conform and honour the below selected
settlement plan applicable in lieu of the programme of study enrolled. All payment would be settled on or
before the due date as stipulated. I / We have read and comprehensively understood in pledging our

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The below listed terms and conditions govern your registration, selection & enrolment to follow

York Graduate Campus located at No: 323, Kandy Road, Dalugama, Kelaniya 11600.
2. You must bring your student ID card and YGC registration card whenever you visit the institute.
3. You must immediately obtain a new Registration or ID card from the administrative office in the event of their
misplacement or destruction at an additional cost of SL Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred).
4. All staff members of York Graduate Campus, irrespective of their designation has right to check your Identity
Card and Registration card for administrative purposes whenever you are within campus premises.
5. The campus administrators will be compelled to recover your Student ID and Registration Card due to arrears
of payments breeching agreed payment plan & commitment.
6. The Registration & Student ID cards will only be returned to you upon settlement of all due payments.
7. You are offered the choice of using Cheque or Direct Deposit or Transfer as the mode of payment convenient.
8. The Registration Fees as well as The First Instalment of the course Fees must be made prior to programme of
study commencement.
9. Please contact the account for all issues needing clarification
10. You will reluctantly be withdrawn from the programme of study upon your failure to meet this requirement.
PROGRAM EXTENSION

The period of study may be extended beyond the maximum course duration by the payment of registration fees of
the awarding body every six months together with the tutorial fees applicable for the period of extension. The payment
will not be applicable to programme extensions made by YGC due to unforeseen circumstances.
