General Information for the Month of September.

In September we will have a much more prepared and trained team


which will allow us to look for a new sales advisor.

In this month we must begin to have results in sales of social media or


WhatsApp and have a portfolio of local customers loyal to our services
and products.

The arrival of the new member of the team can be prepared so that
they have a good training at the beginning of the high season and with
the certainty that the current staff dominates all the topics and aspects
of the Retail operation.

For this month, the new store supervisor should also be outlined.

Add Clients = +40
Social media Sales = 5 Sales

Goal - $45.000
For this month we will use great support to reception to attract and
seek sales with guests.
We will already have the catalog of tables and New Arraivals in
Whatsapp and be able to broadcast messages to our local database.

Sales Strategy.
1) We must place the 40% discount on men's and women's
clothing.
2) Have the latest collections for boys and girls in store and have
fresh merchandise to show off.
3) We will carry out a social activity with Food Bank where they will
have an awning outside outfitters to collect children's clothes to
donate and at the same time we can contact our clients for a
good cause and in the long run they buy in the store, it is a good
time to make us feel from a social activity. All more detailed in the
attached BEO.

Training Calendar.
I believe that the qualification and training of sales advisors will make a
difference in having customers loyal to the brand and the service, as
well as developing more technical skills in them that allow us to have
everything under control, from sales to use of the system.

In turn, training them on the brands and being constantly evaluated will
allow us to have a solid and well-prepared work team.

Add Clients.
This month we have the task of adding at least 35 clients.

This allows us to create a local and international database, which


works for the different types of markets we want to reach.

The idea is to automate this process little by little and with this reach
the point where customer data is taken from each sale.
