SUNY DMC VPN AND CLINICAL APPLICATION ACCESS
(from Mac and Windows)
1. Open Google Chrome App
2. Click on the three vertical dots from the top Right corner
3. Click on Bookmarks and then Show Bookmarks Bar. This will show the chrome Apps icon

8. Click on the Citrix Workspace app. (To access the Citrix Workspace app in the future , click on
the Apps icon from the top left corner as shown in step 3)

9. In the Account URL field type https://dmcns.downstate.edu

Users Accessing a Downstate Dedicated Desktop
(An office computer assigned to you)

5. The “APPS” tap will show you all the regular Citrix published APPS

8. Put in the name of the computer you have access to and click Connect

Users Accessing Citrix Applications
(Virtual Desktop for Healthbridge, Tsystem, etc.)
1. Open Google Chrome App

5. Click on Desktops tab
7. The Remote Desktop window will display. Access an application by double clicking the
appropriate icon (HealthBridge, Cerner, etc.)

Troubleshooting
1. After logging in, you may get stuck at a page that displays “Loading your apps.” If so
please click on the Refresh icon on the bottom right. You may have to click more than
once until it loads
