*Market targeting:
 Teenage girls and young working adults under 35 years old
 Those who are interested in pure and natural products 
 Differentiated marketing: develop our products range and marketing strategy to target the
customers who usually buy skin care products through social media platforms or websites
such as shopee and buy in offline shops.
 The Vietnamese market is big enough for our company to justify our natural skin care
products but facing a lot of other competitors in the beauty market such as Innisfree.
 Vietnamese people's buying power is potential because they prefer using natural products
rather than those including chemicals or toxic components.
 It is possible to enter the beauty market in Vietnam but it is quite difficult to let
customers believe and use a product from a new business without any reputation. 
 

*Market differentiation:
To be differentiated with other natural beauty products throughout the country, our business
makes it unique by defining our brand idea such as creating an impressive name for our brand or
unforgettable slogan and designing our symbolic colors with bright colors that bring a feeling of
happiness and full of vitality. The logo of our brand uses the KISS method that helps customers
understand and it is easy to expand to many people. Additionally, our business may create an
interesting band story content that is based on the countryside in Vietnam. As a result, our
company can secure a position as an outstanding natural skincare brand with high product value
for customers in the domestic market. 

*Market positioning: 
Our company would position our products as top beauty products in Vietnam by providing
products with natural and organic mid-priced components.
First, our business tries to be a reliable brand in the Vietnamese beauty market. Secondly, we
demonstrate green eco-friendly behavior by using natural components to contribute to the
environment that leaves an impression on customers. Finally, we have a clear understanding of
ideal buyer persona to produce and sell trendy, public, and high-quality products which are
affordable for all classes in Vietnam.

Reason for my choice of strategy: selling products through many platforms including
online and offline is an effective way to approach many kinds of customers in the market at the
beginning. Many people enjoy boosting their self-esteem and enhancing their appearance so
selling these natural products can meet their demands physically and mentally.
