Transelectrica National Company sent us the


schedule for the necessary investments according
to your requests.
For example, if the application will be submitted
on 1.09.2021, according to Transelectrica the
schedule of this investment should be: 1.09.2021-
31.03.2023 (19 months).
We attach the documents provided by

Delgaz Grid sent us the schedule for the necessary


investments according to your requests.
The commissioning of the gas pipeline as well as
the supply of gas to the consumer is possible in
approximately 12 months.
We attach the documents from Delgaz Grid.
4.1 The investment schedule
4.2 The technical details

The proposed industrial area can be supplied with natural gas, through a double supply, from a proposed SRM-
P teaching regulation-measurement station of 15000mc/h interconnected with the local distribution existing in
the existing industrial area.

To power the proposed target, we will achieve a pipeline extension of about 3km and a connection with SRM
to the consumer of 9750mc/h.

The stages of making this investment are as follows:

1. Investment feasibility study, which involves a calculation on the assessment of the present and future
capacity of the newly gas-powered area

- the consumer requests access to the distribution system by mentioning the necessary consumption and
location

- analyze the solution of feeding the industrial area for the proposed investment and for the possibility of gas
supply and other objectives

2. File analysis SRMP Transgaz

- the application is submitted and a fee of about 200euro is paid

3. Achieving the technical project of the SRMP 15000 mc/h

- obtain opinions from all utility owners

- the technical project of the connection and the SRMP is drawn up

4. Obtaining the building permit and the digging notice for the SRMP 15000 mc/h

5. Execution of connection and location SRMP 15000 mc/h

- acquisition of SRMP 15000 mc/h and other materials

- installation of the connection pipe

- testing of the connection pipe and coupling of the station

6. Completion of the technical project to extend the pipeline and the SRM 9750 mc/h connection

- obtain opinions from all utility owners


- the technical project of the extension of the pipeline and the SRM 9750 mc/h connection to the consumer is
drawn up

7. Obtaining building permit for the extension of the pipe and the SRM 9750 mc/h connection to the
consumer

In about 12 months we can provide natural gas to the consumer

5. Environmental Conditions

Following the issuance of the Town Planning Certificate by the


City Hall of Arad, the Environmental Protection Agency sent us
the following documents that show us a time schedule for
obtaining the environmental permit for the Zonal Urban Plan
(PUZ) and the time schedule for obtaining the environmental
agreement necessary to obtain a building permit.

The two documents can be obtained in a parallel procedure.


The document for the PUZ average opinion is submitted for
the first time and the documentation for obtaining the
environmental agreement can be submitted in 30 days.
We attach the two documents, respectively:
- LOGIC SCHEME GD 1076/2014 - approval for PUZ
- LOGIC SCHEME LAW 292/2018 - OBTAINING AN
ENVIRONMENTAL AGREEMENT

An urban plan for this land can be obtained in six months, and
the building permit will be obtained two months after the
approval of the Zonal Urban Plan.
In conclusion, the beneficiary can start the works in
approximately 250 days from the beginning of the procedure
for obtaining the Zonal Urban Plan.

As you know, on March 17, 2021, the City Hall of Arad issued
the certificate of urbanism, which allows us to start the
procedure for obtaining the PUZ.

6. Water supplier

The Water Company sent us the schedule for the


expansion of the water and sewerage networks, as
well as the financial estimates and the necessary
investments according to your requests.
For example, if the elaboration of the feasibility
study will start on 01.06.2021, the investment
would be made in 19 months: 1.09.2021-
30.05.2023.
