I. Introduction
English language continues in the world as the major language in communicating your thoughts and
ideas on a global scale. Aside from being the most popular language, English continues to rule in business
world.
English Festival on high school campuses pave the way to its culminating program in the School level and
Municipal Level and its exposure of the hidden talents of students. It ought to be harnessed and uncovered in
order for them to be competitive not only in written communication skill but also in oral communication in
English. We all know that it can’t be denied that the target language is the universal language, English. The
students must practice speaking English wherever they go and whatever they do. They must study the English
grammar very hard.
In line with this, the Department of Education made sure students written and communication skills
will be harnessed by letting schools celebrate and culminate their English festivals. We aim to have globally
competitive students.
II. Objectives
Encourage students to join the different contests to develop written and oral communication skills.
Engage students to training and activities.
V. Recommendation
