In general, what I've got to know and managed to learn in relation to the Science, Technology, and Society course has been satisfying, whether intellectually or emotionally, and I have realized that things do matter. In the section and issue discussed in this course previously, I could indeed say that I/we should treasure the knowledge we have acquired. Science, Technology, and Society (STS) is, in my viewpoint, an interdisciplinary field that studies the conditions which lead to the creation, dissemination, and application of scientific knowledge and technological systems. This course focuses on the effects of science and technology on society and culture, including the political systems of socio-technical systems, scientific policy in domestic and international environments, this same human and ecological threats versus benefits of scientific and technological progression, and, more accurately, the political theory of pollution, the culture of the laboratory environment, theories of racial group and genetic engineering, social media and the Internet, and the body. Some of the topics that are noteworthy and really contributed to my intellectual knowledge are as follows; (1)Intellectual Revolutions that defined Society wherein it is extremely important in human development, inclusive growth, and the conceptualization of scientific concepts, (2)the Science Education in the Philippines--In this regard, I've learned that it fosters students' scientific thinking ability, values, and attitudes, such as objectivity, curiosity, and honesty, as well as mental behavioral patterns such as rational reflection., As well as the (3)Human Flourishing, what I've come to realize about human flourishing is that it is the potential to lead a fulfilling life, that it inherently values health, and that it appears to apply to all people's beings. Human flourishing encapsulates our common humanity and benefits everyone., (4)The Good Life, the endeavor of a decent life ignites the world's enthusiasm for scientific development., and (5)The Information Age, I remembered that access to and control over information is the dominant attribute of this present era in human civilization. Furthermore, I will admit that the mentioned lessons were not easy. However, I did not give up and was encouraged to keep up with and participate in the discussion. And it emerged to me with an integrative and interdisciplinary field that, in my opinion, has been in this course as a student who is obliged to be active, not only physically and intellectually but also emotionally. In conlusion, Science and technology have a significant impact on all of humanity's actions. It possessed an unfathomable impact on the formation of our understanding of the world, our perspective on society, and our perspective on nature it will almost certainly continue. To be regarded as invaluable by humanity commodity. To recommend, we should address the issue squarely now. The connection between science and technology. The sound is constantly challenged by society, one that it is critical to keep addressing in the future. Based on historical and civilized viewpoints, also keeping a keen awareness of the needs.
