F2F Reflection

First and foremost I would to express my gratitude of my adviser Mr. Perang, the face to face
classes conducted during the couvered days was very engaging and one of a kind experience why? it’s
because it projects that despite of the situation we’re facing the solidarity of teachers, students and
school campus organization is always there. The face to face classes conducted is great motivation that
encourage us civil technologist and civil educators to be more skillful eventhough the aloted time wasn’t
enough but essence of learning and having fun makes feels that for every situation we must be
optimistic, drives those possibilities with more active learning activities. The face to face classes shows
as working in unity produces good hormones that makes us feel be more competent to learn and
confident to showcase the knowledge we’ve got!

Aside of that my adviser see some difficulties because his eagerness to teach his student to the
fullest is he can’t expand because of time given us to perform but even if the time isn’t enough for us he
assures us and gives his very best to teach all the ideas and knowledge he have. He’s now bias in terms
in teaching us, he fairly treat us one and that’s how I admire his attitude that it shows learning without
any biases. The good factor of my adviser in teaching us is that he have patience because sometimes
we’re doing lazy behaviour but the interesting about him is that he joins us to fun and that is good part!

For me, College is a stressful time for students. Between balancing work and school, finding the
time to study, and managing social lives, college can feel impossible sometimes. This has led to a high
rate of students dropping out of college classes. If college were easier, more students would stay in
school, and the education system would benefit but aside of that fact we’re thankful to have an
understing instructor.

Therefor, Face to face classes allow students to interact with their teachers, which helps them better
understand the material and improve their skills. Not only do face to face classes allow students to get
closer to their teachers, but they also allow them to ask questions and get immediate feedback. This
helps students improve their skills much faster than traditional online classes, which tend to lack the
same level of interaction.
