I.INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the stated immediate roll call for Area Custodianship, Seminar
and workshop as well as orientation for cross checking and Physical Checking of Plant,
Property and Equipment were designed and were held at Loreland Farm resort,
Antipolo City on March 17-18, 2016.
It started with the recalling of the roles and responsibilities of respective
Custodians of the designated Districts within the Division of Rizal. It was also tackled
how cross checking are to be done accordingly. The Facilitators also lectured on the
proper accomplishments of stock cards, property cards, and textbooks. Equipment like
furniture, canteen properties and other IT equipment are also undertaken on how they
will be numbered and be prepared on cards accordingly. Schedule of the visits within
their respective Districts along with the aligned visit in all schools in the entire district
was also announced. Dissemination on the meeting was afterward designed on the
school custodians of the Pililla District.
As part of the year end Reports, All District Custodians were called for another
immediate responses on the Finalization of the schedule on the Physical checking of
Inventories of Plant, Property and Equipment.
Along with the matter is the proper distribution of Grade 10 materials, Iron
Supplements and claiming of medical supplies relatively for the whole district’s
designated materials handed for each District custodian.
The Meeting was held at the Deped Conference hall Taytay Rizal on April 6,
2016. Dissemination on the meeting was afterward designed on the school custodians
of the Pililla District.
As the process of checking called for, meeting for District Property Custodians
was again managed in preparation for the Physical checking of Plant, Property and
Equipment (PPE) of all schools within the area by District.
The immediate meeting was held at The Deped’s Conference Hall, Division of
Rizal on May 30, 2016.
Dissemination on the meeting was afterward designed on the school custodians
of the Pililla District.
Demands arise as the supplies ran out. Managing unserviceable materials are on
the responsible hands of the school custodians. They will never be call as unserviceable
enough if the materials are still considered to be functional. Learned from the seminars,
the District Custodians of the Division of Rizal once again undertook trainings on the
proper handling of Properties and appropriate management of disposal of unserviceable
government properties on September 14-16, 2016 at the Commission on Audit (COA)
Building Commonwealth Avenue Quezon City.
Good blessings came after all the hard works. All school custodians enjoyed the 3-
day seminar on GAD Training and team building brought excitement as good
camaraderie among our respective school custodians were driven out on the days of
December 1-3 at Iba, Zambales.
