(3). Notices:
① .Pipes of entrance and exit and brackets are various in types, so the
construction method is determined by the construction unit itself, which are
not explained in details in the instruction.
②. Generally, Pipes of entrance and exit and brackets are interlace conducted
with the noumenon of the electronic dust catcher, which are installed after
the noumenon.
③. Installation should be conducted as required by the charts.
④. Cathode frame may be fixed temporarily, and firmed when anode suspension is
taken to the place.
⑤. Anode oscillation may be fixed temporarily, and welded when anode plate and
oscillated mast are adjusted and welded.
⑥ . Heat-preservation materials should be laid simultaneously with the
installation of roof, and pay attention to the water proof when construction
is conducted.
⑦ . ⑧The cover-board of roof should be combined reliably, especially the
fringes around, to avoid the top-plate lifted by the big wind.
⑧. If material quantity meter of nuclear radiation is to be installed, this
should be carried out by the experts from the manufacturing factory. It is
better conducted before installing the noumenon. Close the ray jaw after
installation completed, and open the ray jaw with all debugging work finished
and the catcher is run normally. It is particularly set for the issues about
safety.

of goods and the fees is paid by the responsible party.
Make sure of the recovery of the box package after it is opened(especially
the equipment that can not be installed immediately), to avoid the erode or
rust of the product. The goods should be put slightly in the process of
installation, preventing damage by bumping, to ensure the product’s
installation quantity.
(2.) Safekeeping
All the goods are safe kept by the construction units after they are checked,.
Since the cycle of the EDC is long, construction units should store the goods
in types according to the essence of goods.
① Some fragile products, like insulation sleeves, insulation
porcelain-bearing, wall-penetration sleeves etc, should be stored indoor,
with piled reliably, and intact package.
② Motor, components of appliance, fastener and floodlight should be stored
indoor too, and pay attention to waterproof.
③ Generally speaking, cathode lines are expensive and also with well
packaged, which should be stored indoor, and well kept.
④ Anode plate may be stored outdoor, while which also should be of waterproof.
They ought to be piled up well, and separated from other goods, to avoid
being damaged by bumping.
⑤ Some big structured pieces like pillars, crosswise girder should be
straightly lain or side lain. Overlaps or lay other work pieces on the
structured pieces are not allowed, to avoid transmuted.
⑥ Other nude-packaged goods are stored indoor, and should be paid attention
to avoiding pinched and damage by bumping. And the storing ground ought
to be of sound foundation, flat without water. Lay crossties under the
components.
⑦ Notice the signs of the container, to avoid upending or overlaps.
① Prepare the staff’s dispatching, equipment at the sceneand the ground, and
the construction site. Arrange the site reasonably, with the purpose of
convenient construction and transportation, ensuring the quality of products
and reducing the fees of constructions.
② Check if the charts, files and technological documents are completed needed.
If there is a shortfall, contact with representatives on the construction site
for re-supply.
③ Check the quantity of the components at the sceneaccording to charts and
packaging bills, and manage to re-supply if finding a shortfall. All the
components are ought to be recorder by numbers, and piled by parts.

4. installation
③ Measure the angle values between Line EP1③ and EP2③ vertical LineF,
the deviation is allowed between 7+/- 20, and make a record in table5.
④ Measure the diagonal size between EP1 3A and EF2 8D(or 8E); measure
the diagonal size between EP2 8A and EP3D(3E), and make a record in
table6.
⑤ Measure each elevation; make a record in table7, the deviation is less
than +/- 3.
⑥ Measure the sizes between LineEP1③ / Line EP2③ to each foundation;
Measure the sizes of EP1, EP2B or Line C to each foundation; make a
record in table8.
①. Before the steel bracket is installed, make a cross line on each pillar
first, and make a sizing peg and sign on the cross fringes.
②. Take the pillars to the relevant places as required by charts of steel
bracket, and fix them with nuts temporarily. (lay 150mm thick wood
piece under the foundation) see chart5.
③. Install the cross supports, inclined s according to the chart, and
fix them with nuts first.
④. With all pillars, cross supports, inclined supports installed,
measure each pillar’s vertical value, and the deviation should be
less than 1/1000 of the height of the pillar; measure the size of
adjacent pillars, and the deviation should be less than +/-5mm;
measure diagonal size of the pillars, the deviation should be less
than +/-5mm. If not, it needs to be adjusted and fasten nuts.
⑤. Do welding according to the charts.
⑥. Conduct the cement’s pouring on the foundation for the second time.
⑦. When installing each pillar, temporary bracket may be used to support
the pillar, and are dispatched when welding the entirety.
(3).support bearing
① Check the type number and quantity of each bearing, and pile them
in classification.
② Make a cross line on each pillar according to the component charts
of support bearing, with adminicula point as a criterion, and make
a mark.
③ Make cross line on the deck plate of bearing (or plane of steel plate)
and bottom plate, and make marks.
④ Take guiding bearing and universal bearing to the places on the deck plate of
steel plate according to the charts, and coincides two cross lines, and adjust
and leer size of deck plate of bearing (or plane of steel plate), the deviation is
less than +/-3mm.
① After the dust container girder is installed, string the upside plate of dust
container to the dust container girder according to the charts. Dust container is
not installed temporarily. Install the dust container and anode plate when
cathode frame is installed in the crust. Side plates are not installed in the support
plate of dust container girder temporarily.
② Check the diagonal size of the bottom of dust container. If there is
dust-transportation system wares ( such as air plate), it can be installed first.
(6). Crust
①. In order to reduce the work load of assembly in the high altitude, pillars, cross
girder, and inclined girder should be installed into an entirety according to the
charts, and avoiding the transmutation when stringing.
②. Make cross line on the bottom of the pillars, and make marks.
③. String the pillars( including the crust pieces pre-installed) to the pillar’s foot of
dust container girder in orders. Coincide the up cross line and down cross line
of out-roof is installed.
⑤ When installing ladder platform, it needs to be welder
reliably and sound. Non-fusion is not allowed. The welding
ling on the baluster should be burnished glabrous. Each
corner should be of glabrous transition. If grid plates are
laid on the platform, it ought to be installed in the latter
period of equipment’s installation, to avoid damage. Lay the
grid plates on the platform as required by charts, and fix
them with placing the aluminum paint on the junctions.
④ Combine the anode plate and lead rail together on the ground with
nuts and fix them by welding.
⑤ Clip a group of plates with three U-typed framework when
installing the anode plates(see product plates installation
tools) into an entirety, to avoid bending aside when the plate
are stringed. In order to prevent the damage when the plate
terminals are stringed, an bracket that can be move around may
be used. Lay plates on the bracket, and string the bracket slowly,
see chart18. when the anode plates are lifted to the vertical
position, move them above the EDC’s electric field. Support the
anode plate by hands, knock it into the electric dust catcher
(attention: do not touch the cathode framework and cathode lines).
Relax the U-typed framework when knocking the plate. When the
plate reaches the bottom and is positioned inside the angle steel
of oscillation mast, put the anode plate on the suspension hook,
and see chart18.
⑥ Install the plates from middle to the sides, at the same time, consider
the weather conditions on the spot(the wind speed is less than 7m/s). The
plate will move when wind is too big, and it leads to the difficult of
installation.
⑦ Combined the plates with oscillation mast with Hooke nuts when the
plates are installed. If they are transmuted, adjust them.
⑧ Check the size of anode plate verse cathode framework. Check the
medium row of anode plates are coincides with the core of electric
field. Check the size bumping mast verse the cathode framework and
lead rail of bumping mast. If they are not suitable, adjust the
position of cathode framework and lead rail of bumping mast, see
chart20.
⑨ Position the support of cathode oscillation, and adjust the position
of oscillation, to make sure the core of oscillated hammer coincided
with that of oscillation anvil. And then fix and weld the oscillated
bracket.
① Firstly, string the roof cover to the top of the crust according to the chart,
assemble it and weld in capsulation.
② String the top cover onto the roof according to the charts. Except for fixed point, position
the foundations of roof with angle steel. See charts.
③ Install the channel steel after the top cover is positioned. Combine one terminal with nuts
and weld the other one.
④ Weld the I-typed steel on to the roof according to the chart of oil road. Weld oil basin and
foundations of bracket (steel pipe) on to I-type steel. Measure the position of the
foundation and lay the oil pipe simultaneously. Weld the pipes without leakage.
⑤ Lay the pattern steel plate and corrugation plate. Weld the pattern steel plate in
capsulation. And combined with rivets when corrugation plate is used.
⑥ Carefully install and weld oil pipes, oil basin and foundation of brackets when they
penetrate the pattern steel plate and corrugation plate. The welding lines should be in
capsulation.
⑦ Assemble oil road according to charts, and leakage in the junctions of all pipes is not
allowed.
(18). Exam-door
There are four types of exam-door, two types of indoor, the same as outdoor, which are
used on the crust and dust container.
① The exam-door of dust container has been installed when assembling the bottom
of container. Then, install the heating device.
② Install the exam-door of crust when assembling the side plates of crust on
the spot. Attention the opening direction of the exam-door.
③ Check if the installation size of the exam-door is correct; if the
installation position is levered, and incline is not allowed.
④ The exam-door should be feasible after installed, without being blocked,
and also good in capsulation.
② install transmission bearing onto the cathode framework girder, and draw the
positioning line before installation.
③ assemble each session of transmission apparatus and enclosures in to
component. Attention assembly direction of each component and control the
size of vertical girders to be 165. Weld the upside transmission bearing and
downside one.
④ Measure others and check if the assemble size are correct after all above
finished. Attention: make sure of the size to be 127,262, and weld them
according to the charts.
⑤ Install all components of cathode transmission 2 on to the dust guard, and
ensure the cores of upside bearing and downside bearing are on the same line
(As adjusting device of concentric value of axis shows), and then weld the couveuse and
dust guard welded on to the roof.
⑥ install the sub-bearing according to the installation instruction of
insulation sub-bearing.(see design chart)
⑦ Adjust the positions of the transmission bearings with wedge after the insulation
sub-bearing. Position it by welding and then take out the wedge.
⑧ Exam the whole cathode transmission. Check if the bearing rami is feasible; if the joggle
is correct and if the oscillation is matching to the bumping head.
(21) couveuse:
① install the advanced wire box on the couveuse of roof with symmetry. Pay
attention to the installation direction; make sure that the advanced wire
box is in good earth connection and reliable insulation.
② install electric heater, wall-piercing casing and so on. Notice: the inter
and outer of the couveuse should be of heat preservation on the spot.
③ transformer and other electric parts, see the factory’s electrical
installation manual.
(24). Insulation:
① the function of insulation is particularly important. If it doer not perform well, or it
is of invalidation, which lead to dew congealing, rust, or cause the components
transmuted. All above will influences the performance of the product.
② the installation of insulation may see the partly typical example of the chart. Pay
particular attention to the corners and so on, and ensure the depth of the heat
preservation materials. Install the materials by delimitations and the welding
lines are separately to prevent the dissipation of heat. The ash water calandria of
ash entrance of the dust container must be carefully kept of insulation, avoiding
the dust-block of the container’s entrance.
③ fix the heat preservation materials reliably, to avoid its falling by oscillation.
Weld the round pin on the side plate or support, and the heat preservation materials
pierce through the round pin, with the gasket added. Finally, blend or weld the pins.
④ All the surface of the materials should be laid by corrugation plates. Pay attention
to the flow direction of rainwater, lay the corrugation plates from up to side to
avoid rainwater’s entering the insulation.
⑤ It is simple to fix the corrugation plates, just weld the angle steel and the round
pins. The interval size of angle steel sees charts. Angle steel is combined with
riveting gun with corrugation plates in order.
⑥ When installing the heat preservation materials and corrugation plates on some
dead corners, such as support of walker ladder platform, oscillation transmission,
exam door, etc, in order to make the out-wall tidy and nice.
⑦ In the process of heat preservation, where some details are not regulated in the
charts. The construction units may decide the installation methods according to
the actual circumstance.
