• The project began with the discussion on the
feasibility of the project with the guide on 20th
June 2022 followed by short research on the
topic & which was finalized & submitted to the
guide on 4th July 2022.
• The later days started with the background
research & literature review with setting up of
objectives, and research methodology & the
synopsis of the project was mailed to the
guide on 6th July 2022.
• Had meetings with Mr Devendra (HR-
Manager/METRO) in discussion of the
company profiling and outlet exploration for
the project on 12th July 2022.
• Referred websites and other research articles
which are related to OCB
