Other observations
1.Customer want more healthy products and wheatflour product rather than refined flour, they
want to buy from amul but their cookies are all made up of refined flour that’s why they go to
patanjali for cookies.
2. they want cow milk in A2 as it is there in gujrat and they want it here in delhi also.
3.Amul butter and ghee sale is downfalling due to local venders , who provide discount on its item
and sometime they provide discount on amul product and people complaint about it that they
found same product in less price on retail store and in its own booth it is costly.
4. In paneer amul use citric acid and now people are becoming more aware and they prefer
govardhan paneer made up of lemon , which is more healthy according to them
5. More awareness and product availability should be there for customer convenience.
