Let me introduce my self first

So my name is zineb oubihi ingeneer in civil


engineering with more than 4 years of experience
Zénou_company its my office, one of the best
offices in morocco, ceated in 2018
My office provides high quality services in all
areas of building and construction
Able to meet their technical expectations.
My office provides you with a well-trained team :
 We find in the beginning an administrative
and accounting assistant
 for the reinforced concrete structure
department : I have two design engineers, two
calculating designers and a BIM designer
 and for the wood and metal structure
department I have two specialized technicians
The success of a company often rests in the hands
of its leaders. Business leaders are responsible for
setting goals, motivating team members, and
embodying the spirit and culture of the company
that they work for.
Becoming an effective business leader means
possessing a diverse set of skills and qualities.
In my company, I try always to be the leader who
can modify her style or approach to leadership in
response to uncertain circumstances and adapting
the changes as come
This flexibility allows me to express my creativity in
my work and find new ways to solve problems.

Every day we are faced with different challenges, and


in each situation we must seize the opportunities for
flexibility within our own sphere of influence and
action.
1/ For example, in my company I need to solve the
difficulties in communicating or connecting with
each employee, Everyone will have different
listening, learning, or comprehension styles, so I not
only try to understand this concept, but also act on it.
Identify how an employee needs a leader to
communicate and modify your approach to fit that
model
2/ Secondly, i need this flexibility when interacting
with individuals from different fields, industries, or
cultures. Global organizations and interdisciplinary
teams try to capitalize on the differences in
education, experience, and knowledge of diverse
individuals
3/ Personally I care about my team and i believe
that when team members feel personally and
professionally fullfilled, they are more effective
and more likely to regularly produce great work.
So in my company I try to motivate teammates and
provide them with a purpose and direction.
