NOTICE TO VACATE

Dear all,

We write in behalf of all the heirs of Aurea and Candelario Damalerio, being the lawful
owners and rightful possessors of the 12-hectare farm lot in which you are currently residing.

Around thirty (30) years ago, our parents Aurea and Candelario had allowed “Manang
Dadang” to use and occupy the said property by virtue of a mutual understanding that the
latter will take care of the land. However, this tolerance is exclusive only to Manang Dadang,
and does not extend to her other kin/relatives and descendants. Therefore, when Manang
Dadang passed away, this permission to use the property also ceased. Nevertheless, we still
continued to tolerate your occupancy of a portion of the land, and even allowed you to plant
and harvest any crops without demanding a share therefrom.

This time, however, the grandchildren of Aurea and Candelario have signified their
intent to use the property and develop the entire area into an income-generating farm.
Accordingly, in order to materialize this plan and maximize the whole 12 hectares for planting,
all occupants inside the property will have to eventually vacate the same.

The area in which your houses are situated is unfortunately obstructing the
construction of the planned perimeter canal along the perimeter walls of the property. As such,
your houses will inevitably have to be removed to make way for the construction.

In view of the foregoing circumstances, we hereby make this demand upon you and
your respective families to peacefully vacate the said premises on or before NOVEMBER 15,
2021. We trust that you will give this matter your preferential attention.
