I am reaching out as the lawyer of INDANG DANIEL to kindly request that you vacate a parcel
of land owned by my client, located at Jardin Culion, Palawan, that you came to possess thru a
lease contract which had already expired on January 1, 2023.

While I understand this may come as an inconvenience, it has become necessary due to the
planned development of my client that he now wants to implement on the land. It is imperative
that you vacate the premises within 15 days upon receipt of this letter.

Please note that this request is not meant to cause any discomfort or stress. Rather, it is aimed at
ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

I understand that finding alternative accommodation can be challenging, and I am willing to

offer my support and assistance in any way possible during this transition period.

In order to facilitate a smooth and amicable departure, I kindly request that you organize your
move-out process within the specified time frame. This will allow us to proceed with necessary
arrangements for the premises.
