    S I R:

    The undersigned heirs of Jose A. Baldonado, Sr. would like to request your good Office
    that we be allowed to cultivate temporarily the abandoned area located in Magatos,
    Asuncion, Davao del Norte with a total area of 26,196 sq. meters.

    The said area is under lease contract from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2032. However, the
    heirs have decided to end the contract after 10 years (July 1, 2027) which is almost 3
    and ½ years more.

    To make the area productive we intend to cultivate by planting vegetables, cereals and
    other temporary crops so, when your company decides cultivating again the area, then
    we would be willing enough to give up or discontinue cultivating the same.
